We had a great stay here. The breakfast was fresh and hot, the staff was super nice and helpful, the room was clean and the shuttle service made everything so much more convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Great room. It was clean and had everything I needed. The building itself is interesting as it seems to be both a Sleep Inn and a Mainstay Suites. I'm not sure where one began and the other ended or if it's both in one building. The breakfast was great! I left full. The building only had a hot tub (outdoor) but no pool. There's another hotel across the parking lot that had an outdoor pool and no hot tub. I saw some people going back and forth, using both. I wasn't told that was an option, not sure if that was supposed to happen. The ice machine on my floor wasn't operational so I had to go up to the next floor to get ice. Overall, a fine room in what felt like a safe area. For the price, I'd stay again.

A few big issues: the safety clasp on the room door (the modern version of a deadbolt), was not firmly secured. Screws were loose, not sure how effective it would be. The bathroom floor was a disaster. Much of the grout was missing (see pic), several loose tiles, one spongy area that must have bad rot below it. The seal on the shower was gone, so tons of water leaks out and even with the mat down, the floor was drenched. But the grout damage is neglect that takes a significant amount of time to develop. Finally, we never found the exterior door to be secured -- either the mechanism doesn't work or isn't used. A guy was sitting outside the door who may have been an occupant, or not, but with the lax security, it becomes a concerning thought. The property is very big, so maintenance might just be too much for them? Their prices were very good, so that might be where the savings are being found? But that bathroom floor was pretty surprising.

The lady who does the continental breakfast was not so kind, caring or helpful! As well as, a housekeeper who was talking with the lady doing the continental breakfast! Neither of the two was very friendly, helpful or caring!

Room was clean. No internet. TV channels very limited and confusing. The hotel itself there seemed to be issues with the floor by the elevators. Wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms were nice and we got a suite which has a full size refrigerator/freezer. This was real helpful for our reunion to use for our meal and auction. The breakfast was wonderful. The hot tub was good and held 10 people, but is shared between 3 and soon to be 4 hotels. The pool is shared to and is 5’ deep, but fairly long. There are no homeless around the area anymore, so it’s safer.

It was as if the room had been cleaned and then someone came in and took things. As this being a suite for two people, you would think there would be 2 coffee cups, 2 juice glasses, 2 drink glasses, plates silverware, etc. Being as we were only there to check into the hospital the next morning for surgery, I didn't think a whole lot about it. I did appreciate the fact that room was very clean.

It's not the most inspiring location, but this hotel is a perfectly good option for a short stay in Oklahoma City. Room was nice, staff were helpful, breakfast was decent, parking is included and seems secure, coffee machine and coffee in the room. Gets all the basics right. It's advertised as being "Bricktown" but that's a bit of a stretch - it's a bit out of the way. It's not a problem, but the entrance was slightly tricky to find as it looks like it's the entrance to another hotel.

My husband, son, dog, and I stayed at the Sleep Inn and Suites Bricktown in Oklahoma City. The second night of our stay a thunderstorm came through. About 10 p.m. an alarm started blaring throughout the hotel, bringing us and other guests into the hall. We all questioned what it was. I thought it might indicate a tornado warning because of the storm. Turns out some kids pulled the fire alarm. I returned to my room and decided to look out the window as the rain sounded quite heavy. I pulled the curtain back to find water absolutely pouring into the room. We had to put the ice bucket in the window sill to catch all the water coming through the window. The carpet beneath the window was soaked, and water was running into the air conditioner. The storm finally stopped and we fell asleep. At 6:00 a.m., the fire alarm went off again for a short time. I've never experienced such unacceptable conditions during a hotel stay. As I was checking out I told the employee at the front desk about the issues I had and she gave me the manager's card as I said I wanted my money back for the previous night's stay. For the past two weeks I have tried calling, texting, and emailing the general manager for this property. Every attempt I have made has ended in phone calls that cut off, text messages that are unanswered, or emails that are ignored. It shouldn't be this difficult to reach a manager to discuss the problems I had during my stay. DO NOT stay at this hotel!

The property is a nice remodel; clean and spacious. It’s a comfortable and beautiful room with ample space and working amenities that were a nice comfort for especially in comparison to some places I’ve had to spend more money on for less. The entrance and parking lot is poor to navigate as there is roughly 4-6 different hotels split between the main buildings. Hotel marquee sign on the building is not visible from the entrance.. on top of poor identification it 3/4 of sign is burnt out. Once I found a parking spot for what I thought was the buildings entrance.. it was on the opposite end. A female employee (middle aged) was sitting directly at the entrance smoking a cigarette while on her phone. I’m all for understanding a night shift is not the ideal shift for some, so staying awake.. sane.. or when you have nothing to do to kill downtime. I walked in to the entrance, passing the employee on her phone and smoking with my daughter.. we now have to pass through your smoke break that states “NO SMOKING” on the doors entrance and everywhere throughout the building. I’m a former smoker and absolutely hated how it smelt even when I did it and did everything I could to avoid forcing others to deal with the smell. My daughter and I wait at the counter for about 3-5 minutes.. no one at the counter or in the office that’s visibly open and empty from the counter. No bell to ring, or anything. The employee outside finally walks in past me and my daughter, passed the counter and makes a left down the hall or down the corridor to the employees area.. expecting this young woman to show up on the other side of the counter to check me in on the reservation….. or so I thought. I was fully prepared to disregard my own personal disgust about the smoke and more than understanding to discontinue whatever you were doing as i interrupted their break. But how silly of me to assume I know how a business would expect an typically operate; instead, no one shows at the counter, and after waiting another 3-5 min, I call the number listed at the counter hoping to trigger a response, checking my phones reservations to make sure I didn’t screw up the booking or to find another point of contact for someone to help.
