Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Dwtn - Bricktown by IHG

The parking was very convenient while we were in Bricktown.

Great check in and nice lobby area. Room was clean and comfortable! The bed was amazingly comfortable! Close to Bricktown. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking was not optimal at the location in OKC. there were no extra sheets for the pull out.

We had multiple problems with the key and had to get them remade several times a day during our trip

The staff was very helpful! Room was simple but clean. The card swiper on the washing machine did not function properly and I had to request assistance. Apparently this happens often, so I'm not sure why they won't replace them. Breakfast was also just ok, typical continental breakfast.

The carpets needed to be cleaned, the walls and doors needed to wiped down. The breakfast only offered cold sausages, cold eggs and only have milk to drink the first morning. The juices were okay but to much sugar. with the cost of the rooms, the hotel could afford to provide more options and the housekeeping to do a deep clean once a month, like most people do in their homes....

Location was great, friendly staff, breakfast included, easy parking, later checkout, and walking distance to food and entertainment.

Every thing was great

Cleaning staff only serviced our room twice and only partially. Bed was not made, and the bathroom not cleaned, fresh towels and coffee had to be retrieved at the front desk.

I enjoyed my stay! The property was well maintained and the staff was super courteous.
