Every thing was great

I enjoyed my stay! The property was well maintained and the staff was super courteous.

Bath tub was not draining when taking shower. Staff at reception was cold not friendly. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options. You don’t feel welcomed here.

I loved being in the middle of everything so we could walk and not have to drive.

Good location, 25 dollars a night parking is a rip off and on top of that they tried to charge us for someone else's sundries (22 dollars). Staff attitude when we pointed this out was appalling and whilst they eventually removed the charge there was no apology or acknowledgement of their problem/issue! Decent breakfast to be fair.

Hotel and location in Bricktown was great! It was great having Triple A baseball 3 blocks away not to mention the riverwalk!

Convenient. TV was terrible with no channels and no ability to stream ie was not a smart tv.

My shower soap was empty on my last night and was never checked or refilled. Other than that, my stay was good.

Very clean, comfortable, roomy... Internet policy is terrible.. I could not use Apple TV.or VPN. We were subjected to cable selections and schedules. Pathetic in this day and age. You should do better. We travel a lot. Have never had this issue before.

Great check-in, room was clean and comfortable. Gym was okay, breakfast was okay. Location was great. Parking you have to pay for.
