Overall clean, and Friend stuff

Nice clean rooms, the beds were super comfy, the pull out sofas beds were okay, breakfast was a 5 out of 10 rating

The staff were great, the room was ok, bed and pillows were comfortable, but definitely needs deep cleaning and remodeling. They had what looked like plastic type curtains that were so dirty. It is obvious that the humidity has taken its toll on the room. Starting to show it's age. For a 1 night stay it was doable.

Staff was nice. Rooms were musty like they had been flooding by air conditioning moisture. Overall good stay🙏🤔❤️🥰

Clean room, lots of space, very helpful staff. We traveled with family and enjoyed the great breakfast and common spaces to gather. Excellent price!

Clean good service .

I rented this property SPECIFICALLY because it had a hot tub, according to hotels.com. No hot tub, for several years. The water heater for our floor "blew up". The manager immediately booked us st a sister property 0.5 mi away. She, Debbie, was very helpful. The person at the Meridian property was put out by all the guests. She would not look at the guests she was speaking to and was very condescending in response to any questions.

Do not get a room on the first floor of this place. Doors slamming all hrs of the eve. People talking in the hallways. Otherwise, im sure if I got sleep, it would've been great.

Quiet Clean room Great water pressure and good shower Tv wasn’t connecting to the WiFi

Debbie at the front desk was super sweet and so helpful when checking in. We had an issue getting into the gym but she was able to get us fixed up quickly. The housekeeping team was nice and very accommodating. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be back.

First room smelled awful. Second room was bigger and smelled better, but not very clean, hair in tub and sink and crumbs on the floor. We had to have our key cards reactivated each day which was wildly inconvenient being on the third floor. At night the halls smelled terrible of marijuana. Breakfast had limited options and same options all 4 mornings. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the upkeep and cleanliness needs improvement.

The breakfast was okay could have some grits. Everything was nice and hot. Breakfast and the indoor pool. Also ice machine was working yes.

breakfast was great , on time and always stockd I didnt like how we stayed as a team and a man stole one of out players phone in the pool and we had to get an adult male to confront him to get it back , also the room stunk a bit more including cigarette burns on the ac and 2 of our players got bit by spiders form the couch beds, our couch bed wouldn't even pull out

Breakfast was amazing and the area was clean. The front desk associate accommodate my request perfectly. Highly recommend

Both front desk ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. Check in and check out were easy and smooth, which made everything stress free. They were quick to bring us fresh towels and always welcoming. The only real bummer was finding out the hot tub had been filled in and wasn’t available anymore. The pool was great though and the kids absolutely loved it. Breakfast was great too and a solid way to start the morning. Overall the staff was warm, friendly, and made our stay really comfortable.

Cheaper price and the breakfast is good room are spacious staff are friendly
