This is the first time Expedia completely failed me. The motel was horrendous, in a terrible location and remarkably neglected. The photos on Expedia’s site looked nothing like the actual hotel. If I was not so disappointed, it would have been humorous. We could not stay. Had to find a different place to stay and pay for a second hotel. In addition to the area being frightening, the room was disgusting. And hot. Expedia should disassociate with this establishment immediately. Way below any traveler’s reasonable expectations.

Staff was helpful, but I would not return. Expedia I feel this property is not up to your standards

Also there were roaches!

It's renovated so the bedding, sink, everything is nice. Truly appreciate the grab bars to get in and out of the tub. There's just a couple of things. It's a one way in and out, so you need to figure out a way to turn around to leave or back into the space. Also, the floor by the bent had a slight indentation so you just have to watch out for that. I just got out of the bed on the other side. The next building has a Hispanic store so that may come in handy if you like that. Was very quiet, not the best part of town but I didnt have any problems. All in all, a good deal for your money. Whoever designed the rooms did a good job.

Good rates. You should be safe. Cons: • hot water on the cold side of sink • Difficult parking area, one way in and out. You might have to back out. • The office is protected by glass or plexiglass.

Nothing Everything, the place is disgusting and about to fall apart. There was a spot in the floor that has rotted out and instead of fixing it they just carpeted over it. When I booked the place there was nothing saying that there is a deposit so when I got to the place thinking it was only going to cost me $130 then was told there was a $50 deposit which they never returned. I will be contacting the bbb and the Oklahoma State Attorney General about this. The place is by no means safe. I better not forget to mention our room had roaches running around. I definitely would not recommend this place. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The place needs to be bulldozed down.

Nothing Dirty

Unfortunately did not have the best experience. I understand you get what you paid for but at a bare minimum I would expect the essentials to be done. Bed sheets were covered in stains, bathroom tub was chipped and had black spots everywhere. Toilet paper was empty, spare toilet paper roll looked liked someone peed on it (yellow stains). Leather couch was cracked and peeling. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times to get staff to come to front desk to get keys. Not ideal for a place to sleep.

It was adequate at best . The room stunk, the bathroom looked dirty, no water pressure in the shower. Floors were dirty and uneven. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️

If being inside the room is your only concern, there is nothing wrong with this place at all. Room maintenance and quality is above what you can usually expect at this price.

They would not let us stay because they came up with a $250 deposit that we were not aware of until we paid the fee for the room they said there was no negotiating that we had to get in touch with you people now I'm out of $57 I would like to be reimbursed When we address them about not letting us know about the $250 deposit beforehand they said to take that up with you booking.com
