Governor's Suites Hotel Oklahoma City Airport Area

Management was rude right off the bat when we got our room. My grandchildren came to visit and we were not allowed to use the pool. Padlocked!!! No one used the pool the whole time we were there. The breakfast they offered was not much at all. Waffle batter and syrup, scrambled eggs, toast. Some cold cereal. If you didn’t get down early enough, eggs and stuff was gone because not enough was put out. And because we didn’t want anyone in our rooms we didn’t want maid service, needed clean towel's we put the used ones outside of our door. Management said he couldn’t pick the towels up. So he brought a basket and had me throw the towels over the banister, we were on the second floor. Made us feel like it was a total inconvenience to get clean towels. We were totally dumbfounded by the whole experience! Sorry to say we won’t be back to stay there!

This place is GREAT! Really nice staff that help with any request! The place is older but really well maintained and the lobby is full of thriving plants. I would stay here again, no doubt! 🙏❤️

Everything was great but the pool was not open until 9 like it said.

The suite was huge! The staff was kind and friendly.

Hot tub was not hot very little bubbles and I kind of booked it for the hot tub other than that ok, The check in there was a young man I think we interrupted him or something but it’s OK for a night

It has a cool atrium. Everything is a bit out dated and could use a little sprucing up. Staff was polite.

Brick walls scenery is nice staff awesome pool workout room laundry. compared newer hotels get good rest quit well built building. Always enjoy my stay.

We stayed for a weekend vacation. The hotel was great. Rooms where clean beds were comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable, well maintained room. Nice staff, excellent location for access to the airport, near a river trail for walking and several good restaurants. Everything was fine.

Very spacious, it had a little stinky smell in the room. Had a lot of food options close by. Close to the highways. The breakfast was okay - needed to be restocked.

It was a very short stay but good

Everything was okay for a one-night stay. Our room was clean. The staff member checking us in was just okay...seemed like he was bored or just doesn't enjoy his job. Our key card wouldn't work, and when we informed the staff member he begrudgingly came to our room and tried it: the key card didn't work. He got us another card and handed it back to us without any comment.

Unique property in a very convenient location. Hidden gem. In a busy area.

Will definitely be booking again
