Its was okay it was kinda of loud and the breakfast was mediocre

I read some reviews before we booked our stay here and some of them weren't great. Our experience was nothing but awesome. Comfortable bed, ac worked great, pool and hot tub were open and looked great. Staff were very nice and we will definitely stay here again.

Check-in/check-out was fast and front desk agent was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good and I noticed after people came through, someone was restocking and cleaning up each time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will again the next time we are in OKC.

Rude and obnoxious and the opposite of hospitality. I am a frequent traveler and this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever visited. I left despite being refused a refund.

Thr staff was very friendly at check in. Every morning for breakfast we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was good and had coffee every morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to OKC.

The hotel was okay. Dated but good

Management was rude right off the bat when we got our room. My grandchildren came to visit and we were not allowed to use the pool. Padlocked!!! No one used the pool the whole time we were there. The breakfast they offered was not much at all. Waffle batter and syrup, scrambled eggs, toast. Some cold cereal. If you didn’t get down early enough, eggs and stuff was gone because not enough was put out. And because we didn’t want anyone in our rooms we didn’t want maid service, needed clean towel's we put the used ones outside of our door. Management said he couldn’t pick the towels up. So he brought a basket and had me throw the towels over the banister, we were on the second floor. Made us feel like it was a total inconvenience to get clean towels. We were totally dumbfounded by the whole experience! Sorry to say we won’t be back to stay there!

This place is GREAT! Really nice staff that help with any request! The place is older but really well maintained and the lobby is full of thriving plants. I would stay here again, no doubt! 🙏❤️

Everything was great but the pool was not open until 9 like it said.

The suite was huge! The staff was kind and friendly.

Hot tub was not hot very little bubbles and I kind of booked it for the hot tub other than that ok, The check in there was a young man I think we interrupted him or something but it’s OK for a night

It has a cool atrium. Everything is a bit out dated and could use a little sprucing up. Staff was polite.

Brick walls scenery is nice staff awesome pool workout room laundry. compared newer hotels get good rest quit well built building. Always enjoy my stay.
