Nothing. They dont know how to answer the phones. Got there paid n then was told there is 100.00 deposit would that be cash or card. Im no we will just go home n thats what we did. Highly disappointed in booking.com as well as the 2 places we had hoped to stay. Everything. Rude front desk. Dont answer thier phone. Hotel was full of questionable people. Was told after paying there would be 100 deposit no thank you. Ugh. Worst weekend ever

Room never got cleaned in the week we were there. Had to ask and ask and ask for amenities/ clean towels. Hotel is cheap but was scared to check for bed bugs.

Great stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The only downside was that there was a lot of traffic around the hotel, which could get a little noisy. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again

Price and location Front door in bad shape, bathtub molded TV cabinet water damaged, fridge leaking, sink looks bad.

Great room especially for what uour paying for so yeah definitely good

Not very clean in the public areas.

When we first arrived they gave us the wrong room. When we told them of the error, they upgraded our room, but when we were checking the bedding we found 2 insect carapaces in the sheets. The front clerk told us that it was an isolated issue and gave us a different room. However, Saturday night after housekeeper had come in when we were out, we found several bed bugs in the bedding they put on as well as in the towels they dropped off. When we told the front clerk, he was terribly unbothered and when we asked for trash bags to try and prevent bed bugs from being transmitted to our car he acted like the trash bags were a priceless commodity and said “policy says I shouldn’t give you any trash bags but here is two”.

The outside is trashed. Nobody ever picks up the parking lot. From the outside it looks trashy. Inside is a lot nicer.

Didn’t like nothing!!

It smelled like cigarettes, the pool was dirty, had a cockroach in the room, and people were screaming at night at one point.

Huge crack in the whole ceiling. Water comes out super slow. No house cleaning in a whole week. Transients hang out in the front entrance. We were there for work. This is a cheap hotel would never bring my family here. Can’t complain due to price but next time I’ll pay more to stay in a cleaner environment.

Just driving up to the property you knew it was dirty. The pool was green no one even outside by it. Trash everywhere broken bench with bird poop all over it. Smell of urine by the front door. Inside it was 81 degrees in the lobby. We didn't stay asked for a manager never came. Still trying to get my refund.

Clean and comfortable No blow dryer this time

The inside of the hotel was nice and clean. I have lots of restaurants in walking distance. The outside of the facility had lots of trash. It was very dirty.
