Clarion Pointe OKC Airport

The room was not great. It had an odd smell that definitely did not smell like it had been cleaned. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. Upon asking the staff if they could do anything about it, they stated it had already been fixed. It was not. The breakfast was whatever and often times you could smell what appeared to be marijuana wafting through the halls. The place that I booked through stated that many couples had rated it a 10 out of 10. I’m half of a couple who is rating it a one out of any number. The only thing good about it was we weren’t sleeping on the street.

The facility was very dirty and poorly maintained. There were cigarette butts visible at the front entrance, the room had a strong musty smell, and the windows were so dirty that it was difficult to see outside. The garbage can in the by elevator had not been emptied and the ice machine was not working. I also got two bites while sleeping there and I am concerned they may have been from bed bugs. This made the experience even more uncomfortable and concerning.

Felt unsafe the whole time we were on property.

there were crackheads hanging out in the parking lot there wasnt any soap there was only one adult towel the room was incredibly hot even when we had it at 68 it was incredibly hot we booked a king bed they moved us to a double queen the remote to the tvs volume button didn't work and it was incredibly loud when we turned the tv on the worker came up shower us the volume button on the bottom of the tv he said was hard to see and we will just have to get up to adjust the volume. the line to the phone in the room was cut so we couldn't even call downstairs to tell them we had to go downstairs to tell them. the breakfast was less than mediocre the orange juice tasted like chalk yogurt was warm etc and there were kids running up and down the hall screaming until 11pm

The place is horrible and the staff is worse. My car got infested with bird mites in their parking lot and my room window has birdnests outside it and the room got filled with them when I opened the window. Worst hotel ever

We stay six nights and it was ok stay. My kids did not like the pool because it was not clean. I have asked for second room because first room did not have all of the light working and the blanket had one in it. The breakfast was very limited as choices to get.

The room we were in stank it was dirty we found dirty old socks under the headboard of the bed and there was no peep hole in our door we had to stick paper in there to cover the hole in the door other than that for the price the hotel was ok

The room had white what I think was deodorizer powder under the headboard and it got on the pillows. Whole place was in disrepair. The provided shampoo and conditioner was empty and just decoration- they said they don’t have any. TV’s didn’t work. The WiFi was so poor and I was on the first floor I could get a web page to load. The pool railing was gone on the stairs and my grandchild fell. The breakfast was pretty good and the carpet seemed newer. I can’t believe this is a Choice hotel.

If you don't mind the smell of weed in the hallways at night, it's not a bad place to stay. We only stayed one night so we didn't need it, but there was no closet. There was a "clothing rack" type set up. There was no front desk staff when we checked out, just a sign that said they would be back. I don't think I would stay here again, but for passing through over night it was fine.

The hallways were quite hot as there was no AC and rather dirty as well as guests frequently leave trash or towels outside their doors. My room had a weird musty smell that wasn't pleasant most likely from the non airconditioned hallways. The breakfast runs out within the first 30 minutes in the morning especially the coffee. The beds and towels were rather clean however. It felt like several people were probably living at the property.
