Clarion Pointe OKC Airport

Sure there could be some touch up paint applied in places but that doesn’t bother me. My only complaint is the benches outside had been damaged and you couldn’t sit on them or you’d fall through. Will absolutely stay here again. Important note: Expedia did not mention a $100 damage/incidentals deposit which is payable on debit card (takes a few days to get back) or in cash (returned at checkout). I couldn’t do either so they took a credit card instead.

Worst hotel I have ever been to room they sent us to had holes in the walls, cockroaches, and smelled like mold and piss. Photos on the website looked nothing like the room.

It was nice my only complaint would be no coffee pot in room. Staff was super friendly I locked my keys in truck had to wait in lobby for AAA. The desk clerk was super understanding. And allowed me to wait with my luggage until I received help onto my vehicle.

Nothing really There were people smoking weed when we first came in to the entrance, the girl who met us at the desk was dull, no smiles, no customer like service. The floor in our room by the tv was wet, the tv didn’t work, it just cut in and out, was hard to sleep due to the noise from all other guest , ( which is expected). The room itself needs a makeover, there were cracks in the ceiling , cobwebs in the windows, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, it was nothing like the pictures shown when advertised. We paid for the hole weekend but only stayed Friday, left early Saturday morning.

The bedding was clean. Room was clean and no odors but the first floor realed of urine and the pool was quiet dirty with trash etc. The price was decent for the stay. We will continue to stay next door tho I think.

Staff was nice, you get what you pay for. The shower did have pink mold in it. Parking was simple. Air conditioning worked.

Really good hotel have no problems whatsoever friendly staff very helpful.

My carry on bag was stolen from my car and the front desk refused to show the camera shots, my meds were in that bag and I had no way of replacing my prescriptions. The front desk should have been somewhat helpful but didn't care at all!!

It was clean and the breakfast was good. Nice rooms as well.

Very affordable but the area around isn't the best just like much of okc...

Nothing. At check in I was done. I canceled on the spot. The clerk was nice and understood, what does that tell you. The hotel smelled as bad as it looked.
