Sonesta Simply Suites Oklahoma City Airport

Unfortunately, I have sinusitis so the smell of Clorox, bleach, and pet urine was overwhelming. The room was "k" the only positive was the space and the large screen tv. The staff was extremely friendly, however if it wasn't because it was late I would have left.

I like how close it was to Alana locations that I needed to go and that it was a one bedroom and it had a kitchen and stove in the refrigerator

Very comfortable place to stay, and the staff have been very kind and accommodating since I’ve had to extend my stay. The rooms are clean and updated, there’s a full kitchen WITH actual cookware (have been jipped by that on other hotels with kitchens), the laundry is free, there’s a decent gym right next to the laundry. Have been very comfortable here and thank the staff tremendously. PLUS there are two restaurants and one bar right in front of my hotel room, and several more a tiny walking distance, so it’s an added bonus. I’ve had a very quiet stay and had zero issues from other guests. Will happily make this my go-to stay again anytime I’m in the area!

The staff here were super amazing, kind and helpful our whole stay. The pots, pans and dishes were clean and available in the room.

Got room online wasnt told about high on card deposit needed for room until after I paid for room. i was unable to pay deposit amount on card needed when i arrived to hotel . I was not refunded for room and never even used room

one peticular staff member is racist/prejudice, when I locked my wallet wm with a keywhen I ran to my car, I went to the desk to ask for another key to get into my room she was treating me as if I was trying to illegally enter someone's room, she said has to have my ID, I told her no you do not, that's not policy, and besides I just said my wallet is locked in the room with my ID inside the wallet. I can show it to you once I get my wallet. she said nope proceeded to make me verify my first and last name the day that I checked in the day that I checked out which all of information I provided was correct I even offered booking confirmation numbers through the booking app she still said she was not happy with this after confirming all five of those questions she said she still was not happy with those answers and wanted to confirm further, here is where I'started to lose my patience and advised her she needed to get her manager down here as soon as possible or make me my room key so I can get back to my room, she knows she's in the wrong because what did she do she made me my room key and sent me on my way. I reported this to my booking app and when they called the property the property decided to ban me and only give me 25 minutes to pack all my belongings I literally left in my bra jeans was promised a refund and still have no refund. I've stayed here muany times but will never stay here again and will continue to write horrible reviews. the other 3 women are amazing though.

We have stayed here many times. Very clean, comfortable, quick check-in. I recommend it!

The suite was clean and family friendly. Free laundry on site was wonderful for our long stay. This was the perfect fit for our vacation. We will definitely be back.

Older hotel, but my room was clean and nice to have access to washers/dryers and large refrigerator in the room.
