DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport

We had a great stay. My only complaints are that we had poor water pressure in the shower and the fact we found a hair on our bedding that did not belong to my husband nor myself. When I asked for fresh linens and additional towels, the woman behind the counter gave them to me no problem, but kept giving me this look like she’d rather be anywhere else than helping me or that my request was putting her out. I kind of felt like I shouldn’t be there at the desk, nor in the hotel.

My stay at the DoubleTree was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were so comfy I slept so well.

The property was nice but the staff not nice. On booking.com it stated free breakfast. That wasn’t the case.

We had a wonderful stay here! The mattresses were amazingly comfortable — some of the best sleep we’ve had away from home. The suites were a great size and very spacious, and we loved that every room in the hotel is set up as a suite. The location was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax, and the parking area was adequate, well lit, and felt very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Booked the junior suite w king bed. Pros: cheap price. Large room. Close to a couple ok restaurants. Lobby bar was nice. Bartender was pleasant and helpful. Clean. Cons: staff was rude. I specially check in person (Kylie). Was rude, didn’t smile or say anything polite, seemed mad she had to work and I interrupted her phone time as it was sitting out, and not helpful. Parking is terrible. Rooms need updating badly. The usual go to comfy beds were old and could feel springs. Small snack area that was horribly expensive for the smaller versions of everything. Shower was horrible. Terrible water pressure.

Customer Service at front desk was awesome!!! I had a issue with my initial room and they switched me w no issues and resolved everything extremely quickly and very professionally and kind. Room was clean and large.
