The front desk attendant was neither welcoming nor helpful, which made for a disappointing first impression. The hotel bar also closed much earlier than expected. I think it would be a much better experience if it stayed open until at least 2:00 a.m. The room itself was acceptable, but the lighting was very poor, making it feel dark and uninviting. Overall, the property feels outdated and could benefit from some renovations and updates.

We arrived to find the room we booked was not the one we received. We needed two beds and instead got a king sized bed with a sofa bed. It was after 1 in the morning and after traveling 12 hours with a 4 year old, we were exhausted. Three adults, one child- not an ideal room and not the one we booked. Disappointing….

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Very friendly staff. I prefer hotels with free breakfast and there are plenty of them in the area. This hotel has a $15 surcharge per person for breakfast

We had a great stay. My only complaints are that we had poor water pressure in the shower and the fact we found a hair on our bedding that did not belong to my husband nor myself. When I asked for fresh linens and additional towels, the woman behind the counter gave them to me no problem, but kept giving me this look like she’d rather be anywhere else than helping me or that my request was putting her out. I kind of felt like I shouldn’t be there at the desk, nor in the hotel.
