The hallway carpet was wet and smelt like mildew. Asked for another room and it was a little better but still smelt stale and like mildew. The bathroom door was too big couldn’t even close it. Will never stay there again

Good coffee but I had to go get more bags myself since they didn’t do the room daily. Not located in a nice area. Next time in OKC I will spend more to get better accommodations.

I have been here before and feel I do not need to gamble to go elsewhere. The room is clean and well maintained with working ammenitiesy. The parks ng is very spacious and secure. Truckers like me will find enough space. The breakfast menu is diverse and reasonable. The price of the rooms is the best that you can get for the services you get here. Keep up with your excellent service Ramada.

I promptly returned to the front desk to report the issues. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, the employee on duty informed me that I would not receive a refund because a dirty or stained couch was not considered a legitimate reason. I then returned to the room with the employee to show him the conditions firsthand and documented the room on video. Because the room was not in an acceptable condition for occupancy, I checked out almost immediately after checking in and never used the accommodations. They still haven’t refunded my money and not one member of management contacted me about this issue. I have photographs and video documentation of the room’s condition and can provide them upon request. This location isn’t family friendly or safe for people that are visiting out of town. This location is more for people who are in the streets or using unsolicited services while staying there.

The room was clean, the property was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. Will be coming back to stay again!

Free shuttle from the airport was nice. This was a last-minute one-night rental after my flight was delayed, and everything went smoothly. For the price, I would stay here again, but not for much more. While otherwise pleasant, the entire hotel smells very strongly like the inside of a cat litter box. This is not an exaggeration. A highly used multi-cat litterbox, specifically. The odor started out strong and got stronger moving down the hallway. A little better- but not gone- inside the room, which had cat scratches on the furniture. Not sure if that's a coincidence or if there is an entire feline colony prospering here. My understanding is that the odor could have other sources. The AC was off when I checked in and the carpet was damp and made my feet a bit slick with some kind of cleaning product(?). Running the AC for a few hours helped, and it wasn't anything gross (other than that people don't expect wet feet at a hotel). I felt safe but my rideshare driver to dinner said it's a rough neighborhood. Overall this place was a weird experience. If it weren't for the smell and the wet carpet, it could be mistaken for a hotel costing five times more. Free shuttle from the airport was great, too bad they only start at 8am, so I needed rideshare for my way back (about $10).
