Horrible attitude by front desk attendant. I called to ask about fraudulent use of my card at their hotel and he rudely hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to a manager. Not only did they let someone use my card at their hotel without verification or proof of ID they rudely dismissed my claims.

The faucet was broke, bedside lights were broke, microwave looks like it had overheated and melted the door and the breakfast had no meat, not even in the gravy! Lots of carbs...biscuits, gravy, waffles, toast and round pieces of egg.

My stay at this location was a very good experience. The owner are very nice and make you feel welcomed. My room was clean. No issues l. They have a refrigerator, microwave in rooms nice TVs. The shower was excellent! No a bad place to stay if you are in OKC

Hallway was dirty

Came to town due to a family emergency so an unplanned stay is what we had. Believe you me, had it been planned I'd have never chosen here! Upon arrival the outside wasn't "too bad" but walking in the front desk clerk was rude, direct no problem, but rude not acceptable. That's the issue. But honestly, I wish the problems had stopped there... When you walk out of the elevator on any of the two floors, the floor is sticky, the smell is almost knock you on your a$$ horrid. But then, step in your room and the amount of sweat that started dripping off us...OMG it was so bad and even with the ac on all night the room never cooled down! Then let's go to the fridge; all our food spoiled bc the fridge apparently didn't work and we didn't know until we were leaving. But wait, there's more.... don't even dream of taking a shower bc you're likely to step out of the shower feeling even more nasty then you did before! Worst experience ever and we will roll up to small town hotels better than this was!

The pool looked inviting. Hotel was under construction and somewhere on the website it should have indicated. The window screen was removed and appeared that was for previous guest that smoked and window would not latch. The room key was non functional 9/10 times when used.

As a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable staying here. So I left after I told the desk clerk about my discomfort. I was pulling out of the parking lot as the cops were pulling into the parking lot.

We had to switch rooms because the first room we were put in smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The toilet didn't flush properly either. The state of the second room was much better except for the bodily fluids we discovered on the headboard and wall above it and the cigarette burns on the bed sash.

Location to I40 People “living” there, and the old bitter small man working at 4am, that hates guests. What an inhospitable little troll. I will Never stay at Ramada IKC again.

My room was not ready. But the hotel staff ask for cash from me and the room would be ready instantly. I waited and watched as young girls entertaining older men would slip the desk clerk cash and be given a room instantly

Sign said they are remodeling. This is a ruse, as the desk guy said they've been "remodeling" for 3 years. No indication of actual remodeling. Carpet in our room was disgusting. Floor under one spot was broken; we could feel it move under our feet.
