The breakfast was not GOOD!!! I font est buscuits and grave. The lights over the bed did not work

There was roaches in the bathroom and not enough towels and wash clothes and they did tell you about a deposit until you got there. Roaches in the bathroom and not very clean

Price and location. Didn’t get our wake -up call at 3:00 am

The staff was amazing and very helpful

Location to airport I didn't feel safe, cigarettes butts everywhere outside. Garabge can by the elevator was overflowing. Nasty. Breakfast was minimal having to ask for food to be brought out. Rules for breakfast included if you took to your room you had to tell them for a charge of $10, if you did not tell them you would forfeit the $50 deposit. The staff was not friendly or welcoming.

We got there and was charged an extra $50 for incidentals. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude. Went to the room and immediately went back to the front desk, asked for a refund of the room and the incidentals and checked out there was mold in the room in the bathroom and there were bugs on the floor The rudeness of the gentleman at the front desk, the mole, the black mold in the bathroom and when I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, he told me that I was criminal trespassing because I asked for a refund

Noticed roaches in our room. Went to ask for something to be done and was given a new room. Okay cool. Got to the new room and there was even more roaches in that room than the first room. So we went back to talk to the desk and as we were voicing our complaints a giant roach scurried across the floor. My husband pointed it out and the night attendant started yelling at us telling us to quit cussing at him (we were not) and that he would evict us and criminally trespass us. We left. Never going there again.

Room was clean smelled good all shiny

Very dirty, very unkept, they dont maintain much here. Beds are old and sagging, shower curtain rods are barely hanging, floors not vacuumed. Cockroaches and ants running around the floor in the bathroom. Quality of people isn't great. When you mention the issues to the front desk they dont seem to care nor are they surprised.

Breakfast was served Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Dirty fridge. A/c would turn off and show error code plus the frame was broken. The door didn’t open correctly

the room we stayed in was terrible. the doors wouldn’t shut on the bathroom the plugs didn’t work and the sheets had stains

Check in was easy 50 dollar deposit. Rooms were outdated bathrooms were nice

Functionally I had a place to sleep and shower. My deposit on my card was returned within a few hours of checkout. This hotel met the absolute basic needs of my stay but that's it. I wanted to leave a nice review but there are several items that need attention. First and foremost, someone was given a key to access my room on the morning I checked out. I was in the shower around 640am and someone OPENED THE DOOR to my room. They couldn't get in because I had the top security bar in place that prevented the door from opening more than an inch. Someone at the front desk gave them a key, without checking their ID, without verifying their identity matched the name on the room in the system. If I hadn't put that security bar in place, bad things would have happened. The front desk clerk that morning just kept repeating, "I don't think so, I don't think that happened" I WAS THERE, I EXPERIENCED IT WHILE NAKED, I SAW IT HAPPEN. Dude was drunk too, he probably gave the wrong room number when asking for a key and they just GAVE IT TO HIM. So that absolute lack of security is the main issue I have with this place. Second issue, that elevator is not safe, don't use it if you don't have to. Third issue, the hallways and corridors are HOT like 85-90 degrees indoors. I was shocked the room AC worked as well as it did. Fourth issue, way too much weed smell in the hallways and corridors. I will NEVER stay at this location again no matter how low the rate gets. BEWARE!!!
