Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City Airport, OK

There are not enough staff working the front desk , check in takes to long after a long day of travel , also we finally got to our room and it was hot and humid and the unit needs to updated to put out more air. The comforters are old and lumpy and need to be replaced.

Only complaint was there was a bathtub in the ADA room. Large spacious room.

It was a little dated.

Arriving late and feeling frustrated with another reservation having fallen short of expectations, Mia greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and the sleep refreshing. The breakfast was tasty and served early so that our bike ride could commence in the cool of the morning. Great location near the River Trail.

It has a decent location Upon arrival, they tell you there is a $100 deposit. What?! And they can't add it to your card, they want cash. The room looked old & dirty. There was a jetted tub in the corner of the room but the jets were disgusting. The carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. It was gross. We did not even stay 15 mins &booked a different hotel.

remind us if we needed anything to contact the staff--great customer service! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel when we return.

The bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast was semi good. Pool was disgusting. Spa tub in room put out debris when jets turned on. Whole hotel smelled like an antique store. I was charged double for my room and now waiting up to 2 weeks for a return?

Location and friendliness of staff and the bed was comfy There was a musty smell that wasn’t too bad but did notice it.

Staff was fined, room had stains all over carpet and ac lift lid was broken off. Room was very close to elevator and heard elevator sound all night and morning. Super loud guest in the middle of night inside hallway and right out the window in parking lot.
