Exceptional

It`s a decent place to stay if you plan to go to one of the local bars. The front desk is the worst part of the hotel. The guy sat behind the desk eating as I stood there for 5 minutes ignorning me. Then he acts like it ruins his day to help anyone, very short and horrible customer service.

I don’t usually do this, but the mattress in my room was not the best. There were several things I had to clean when I got there. The breakfast was not as good as I’d hoped either. It was ok stay.

I would book this hotel again for the value. For the rate, it was good.

Very dated. Stain on carpet. Needs renovations. Having to put 100 deposit seems very sketchy considering how run down this property is. I felt the need to document everything so they give me my deposit back.

I liked the location of the hotel, and how it was around a lot of night life activity. I recently stayed at this hotel again after having a great experience here in the past, so I was disappointed by how much it has changed. The property felt noticeably more run-down than I remembered, and it just didn't have the same clean, welcoming atmosphere it once did. The staff was polite and friendly, which I appreciated, but the check-in process took far longer than it should have for just my husband and me. It wasn't the best first impression after a long day of traveling. One of the biggest disappointments was the room itself. During my previous stay, everything felt much cleaner, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. This time, the overall cleanliness seemed to have declined, and the beds were nowhere near as comfortable. It really feels like the hotel has gone downhill since transitioning from Marriott to Country Inn. I remember this being a place I looked forward to staying, but unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to those past experiences. I hope management invests in updating the property and bringing it back to the quality it once had.

The stay was nice and we didn’t have any issues.

One of 5 friendly staff. Every morning when one person left, someone would try to enter the room. It was like they waited til we left to break in the room. Fortunately, someone was almost always in the room. But it doesn't feel very safe.

It was quiet The room has a weird smell! The hot tub would not stay filled. It just continuously drained. The shower head also leaked so the floor was soaked after each shower

Breakfast was ok location by the hwy The bed and pillows and blankets they all need to be replaced

The first room they placed us in had a moldy odor, staff was very good to move us to another room, pillows were flat, not too comfortable. Breakfast bar was adequate.

Found loose hairs in the bathroom on the towels at check in. The beds were NOT comfortable. And the breakfast selections were minimal as was the coffee area. Would not return to this location again if we were in the area.

Everything was comfortable and staff was excellent. WiFi didn’t work. They said it was down and would be resolved the next day.

The hotel met our needs for the night after our flight. It is about a 10 min drive from the airport. There different food option nearby. The staff was kind and efficient. Our room was comfortable.

Saltwater pool.We had a jacuzzi and it was hard to get in and out of but they did have bars it was just awkward to get in and out of.
