This place has gone way down hill along with the entire area.

Deposit takes too long to get back to me.

First off the online pictures are not a true depiction of the property. We arrived after hours, however it took me awhile to find someone to help me get checked in. I waited and then looked around and even peeked around into the offices and no one was to be found. When I found the front desk person he was in front of the check in desk and thought he was another guest. He didn't speak to me until I asked if he worked there (nothing symbolizing he was an employee). The room was outdated (again didn't match the pictures on line). Blow dryer was dirty. the bed and room were clean, although the fitted sheet was worn. Had trouble with the tv - volume didn't work well and had trouble turning it off -maybe low battery? There were only two towels and they were worn "pool like" towels only, no hand towels, no wash cloths, no bath mat, no tissue, toilet paper was super thin. We had no choice but to stay as it was "un-refundable" booking.

They had several hidden fees, proceeded to degrade me in front of other guests which resulted in other guest intervening and informing they had similar issues and had to contact support. Bedding was stained and appeared dirty. Fridge no matter the settings froze anything I put in it ruining my food. The pool looked like you were swimming in lemon juice as well as was bubbling. Spoke with property manager next morning and received the same treatment which resulted in me checking out a day early and losing a day stay because they did no refund me for the night. Also was refused the ability to bring my service animal with me due to improper information given by hotel staff.

The room was nice the staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was cold, not many choices.

It was ok in a good location. I understand its a motel and its supposed to be clean of rodents at all times.thier were cocroaches in room 223 and the pool had a greasy flim over the water.and it was anniversary and i just wanted to swim.

Horrible. Paid extra for the jet tub. It barely worked. Staff was rude no AC in the area. We actually checked out a day early and went across the street.

I didnt like the fact I booked a suite and one of the air conditioners didnt work and when I told staff I was told I could stay in that room or down size rooms and to me it seems like if a customer pays for a suite then you fail to have working ac unit you would atleast offer a different room at same price or upgrade room but definately not give them less then they paid for.

There were bed bugs, 11 stains on the sofa, carpet coming up, hot tub not working, the A/C was not working in the lobby or on any floor and the doors were not secure at any point.
