Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything. Check in was outrageous they wanted a photo front and back of my ID and my Credit Card wich I refused so a friend used their card and id. The hot tub was drained the heated pool was ice cold. There was smooshed bugs on the walls. Rust in the bathtub Crack and plaster coming out of the sink. Window in hall completely frozen over from the ac trying to work. Broken windows. Rooms filled up with junk infront of the windows. Very trashy. Breakfast had no meat or anything sugar or gluten free. Every employee was extremely rude and did not help woth anything.

The staff was very responsive. A complimentary breakfast was provided in the morning. The rooms were neat and clean, and the front desk staff were especially helpful in clearing my doubts.

Staff was very rude! We had already experienced a tragic loss of our home due to a fire and pick this place to stay and ended up having to move rooms 4 different times cause of how dirty and uncomfortable the rooms was.. we even contacted corporate and still no help along with contacting hotels.com and didn’t get no help towards them neither .. I was very upset with everything and upset with how hotels.com handled our issue with how our hard earned money was waisted on their app overall I will say that there isn’t a rating that is low enough to rate for both parties! Thanks

Great price! Clean room! Great staff! No hand towels and it seemed the bath towels were fron the pool. Very rough feel but no big deal

The entire facility wreaked of curry and mold when you first walked in. There was something floating in the pool. The room was dirty. There was black mold in the bathroom & an unidentified brown substance splattered on the wall when you first walked in. There were dead crickets in the room and the room smelled wet and musty. I booked a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds & got a room that I could barely maneuver my chair in and had two full size beds. The shower facilities were inadequate for someone in a wheelchair. There was only one short grab bar by the toilet. When you turned on the water in the bathroom it sprayed all over you. We were given three pool towels (yes, the small thin ones with the blue stripe), two wash cloths, and no hand towels. Breakfast was flavorless and the gravy was watery. We have stayed here multiple times and there was never an issue, but it's clearly under new management that is taking the cheapest route to make the most money! We will never stay there again!

Bottom floor was available as handicap accessible. The bedding cover not very thick. Did not have a blanket in closet.

Overall the stay was fine. I was disappointed that the hot tube was out of order, but the sauna was nice. Air conditioning was great and the room was spacious.
