Nothing. Smelt terrible. Couch was torn apart. Bed was wet. The room felt gross. Possible bed bugs. Kids screaming every which way. Inappropriate dressed people outside. STAY FAR FROM HERE.

The bed was comfortable. Even the low price is not worth it. The pictures online don't do not reflect the actual onsite conditions. I thought I was getting a good deal BUT what I got was: 1. Roaches in room, 2. No air-conditioning in hallways or elevator, 3. Leaking showerhead was ignored even after reporting, 4. Poorly maintained pool with green mold around the deck 5. Untreated hot tub (green water, not blue), 6. Many things in state of disrepair and neglect, 7. Soiled couches/sofa beds, 8. Completely misleading photos of the property , 9. Treadmill, cycling machine and other gym equipment with out of order signs and 10.

Found weed and a KNIFE under our bed. The bathroom was so dirty. The TV did not work. The pool and hot tub were GREEN. And the gym was broken.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable loved the indoor entrance to rooms. First impression from the outside was great! The first impression when you stepped in the doors was negative because it was so hot. It was also very warm in the hallways to the rooms. Also, my phone in my room did not work. And there were a few things about the room that with the little tweaks could’ve made it a lot better. I only had two hand towels. The zipper part of the cushion on the couch was sticking out. One of the pictures on the wall was crooked. And there was a hair in the bathtub. All the little details are important.

Facility is dirty and broken down. Pool water was hazy and deck was slimy. Pool bathroom had no towels, soap, toilet paper. Bedroom for 4 people came with 3 towels. When I asked for more, I was told the facility was overbooked…. But there was barely anyone around. Bedding was stained. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Water damage in bathroom. We barely stayed, but it was already paid for. Yelp gives this location 1.5 stars, which is more accurate than Booking’s rating. Online photos are old.

The staff was helpful but the room smelled bad and the sofa bed was dirty and had roaches the room was not organized at all we were so tired and just wanted to crash out but left early next morning room 221 that sofa bed needs to go it was broken their was no coffee at breakfast time either

The staff was very helpful and mostly friendly. There's a place to buy drinks (no vending) and small snacks like candy bars and chips. It is in close proximity to the bus and a few restaurants. The ac in the main building wasn't working. There were roaches in the room and the freezer wasn't frost free in the mini fridge so I had to defrost it myself. The airport shuttle is supposedly available 24 hours a day with advanced notice but the driver was off the day I needed a ride and they were late to take me to the car rental center at the airport.

Dirty, trashy, bugs inside, unclean pool, dirty curtains, needs new carpet throughout, the pictures look nice but in person it sucks.

Everything but especially the staff I love them!!! Less homeless ppl standing around but it isn’t the property’s fault and the motel is still 10 for me! Been there a million times for work and would never SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE OUTSIDE OF THEM!

The room was horrible. The pillows were so soft and worn out on the bed. There were roaches in the bathroom. The hot water did not work for the shower. We asked two nights in a row to have a maintenance come up. No one never showed up. The pool was gross. There was lots of algae and dirt at the bottom of it. The hallways were poorly lit the breakfast. We got there at 7:30. They were out of everything and was not going to make anymore according to the staff. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk when you go to the front desk, you're greeted with a sign that tells you they're busy. You would have to wait till they get back. The reception lady was the same lady cleaning room so we had to wait for her in order to check out. The location is horrible. There are lots of homeless and transient people riding bicycles walking around, but it's convenient. If you're looking to stay close to the airport, I definitely would not suggest this to anyone. You definitely will get what you pay for. don't be fooled by the pretty front cover of the building. Look what's inside the rooms and make your own opinion from there. The air conditioners never worked. It was warm in our room the whole time the ice machines were out on any floor that have them. Access to the pool was easy for anyone to come in and out of the key fob to get in the pool was broken so they had young kids. It's under age with no supervision, jumping in the pools. It was horrible.

Pool towels were in the guest rooms. No towels at the pool. Needs cosmetic repairs

NO AIR CONDITIONING There were cigarette butts throughout the hotel floor, elevator & halls! AC units didn’t work, elevators felt more like an actual sauna, refrigerator in my room didn’t work properly. Honestly it felt like an abandoned motel that people lived in, between the awful smells, so many things needing repair, trash everywhere and no cameras anywhere inside the hotel. Tiles in elevator loose .. elevators moaned the blues as they opened & closed.. I had to checkout late bc I was puking, they came to my room I explained I was sick but yes checking out.. she asked about how long until I was able to check out, I told her within the next 2 minutes I would be out & that I was sorry I was checking out late I just hadn’t planned on being sick all night. She said because I hadn’t let anybody know about checking out late, they would be charging me another $10 for a late fee. LIKE WHAT?? Now although yes I was late I was not an hour past checkout. And sick. And hot. And I mean I am just so extremely disappointed with this whole situation. I don’t understand how they’re still open & operating at this point.
