Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport

The hotel is nice. The food was great. Staff excellent. I went to shower and the water was lukewarm at best. For $200/night it should be as hot as I need it to be. I couldn’t even wash my hair.

I have always stayed at Embassy because they have been my favorite hotels, but this time the room was dusty one of the beds the headboard was broken and to finish the young woman who served the breakfasts with a very bad attitude they also did not return the deposit

The property is nice… I love that they give free drinks and snacks from 5:30 - 7:30 at the bar … it’s clean The beds are horrible , not comfortable at all !!!!

We are on a 8 state road trip with 18 hotels. So far and by far the best. We'll done. Great size room, great amenities, good gym, good breakfast, love the complimentary happy hour, staff friendly, ample parking. The bathroom is built for people 5ft tall , not for the average human. Sink at knee height, shower imposdible to be under. The couch in the room is a back breaker, deserves better. 2 easy fixes that would get you to a 10

Very Clean and nice staff Our rooms toilet was broken, the chain was broken so we were having to flush it by hand. The shower water wouldn’t heat up either

It was the worst hilton I’ve ever stayed at. I was very disappointed. I didn’t like it all.. the room, the staff, the cleanliness, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the money it cost. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Everything was good

First of all the entire stay was fantastic. I had a clean room. which was ready for me when I arrived. the staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic , I thought it was great that I could order my breakfast just the way that I liked it. The pool although promised was cold but it felt good because it was so hot outside. the bar was the best I loved how I could get free drinks with my complimentary card.

I could not bring myself to like anything about the property because of how my niece was treated by the worker at the counter and the fact that my very beautiful niece had to sleep in the car over night on South meridian in okc, just because of a workers mistake. And not only did they make her sleep in the car but she was spoke to and treated like she was less then. She was treated like an “othered” person would be treated. But when I go down to the desk to speak with this lady, I’m told her whole demeanor, attitude and tone changed. I suspect it has to do with a racist attitude because nothing else really makes sense. I would never recommend this property to anyone of my loved ones or friends. This property put my niece in danger and so many things could have happened that night to her while she was by herself, stuck, a predators best dream. I am so upset. Still: I especially didn’t like that I wanted to talk to a manager about the situation with my niece being left out in the car all night when she was a guest listed on my room and the manager told me multiple times that she would get back with me in the evening but everytime I called there was either no answer or she was busy doing something and there was no other manager to speak to. The manager seemed totally unbothered by my nieces and I experience.

It didn’t seem very safe when we pulled up. Shortly after checking in around 10 pm, we went to the bar to grab a bite to eat. They let us know their chef had just left so they didn’t have any food. The scary part is they told us he’d left after going to take the trash out and being beat up by a homeless man in their parking lot just a few minutes prior. Didn’t exactly make us feel safe. The property was ok but definitely run down. Front desk staff was courteous.
