Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport

Everything was clean and our room was nice. The microwave start button wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big issue. Staff was really friendly and helpful!

Room was clean and spacious but my AC went out and the ice machine on my floor was broken. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they moved me to another room with no problems. They also offered a complimentary (full and hot) breakfast every morning and complimentary happy hour every evening.

The hotel was nice but very dated. It needs to be remodeled for a more modern look and contemporary feel.

There was never any ice in the ice machine, not a single cart to be had , only saw one when we checked in. Curtains in the room were ripped and full of holes , no coffee in room for coffee.

Molded around the sink not cleaned. Loud air unit in our bathroom all night and all day. Alot of ceiling holes need to be replaced. Ceiling going to the elevator was wet with monster needs to be looked at. Wallpaper in the dinning area coming down. For the value and being and Embassy Suite it was run down looking.

Very relaxing place to stay.

I was glad that they had a gym for my wife, and I to work out in in the morning, staff was very friendly The location is ideal and it is nice but there are a lot of weird people walking up and down the street but they don't bother the hotels

The pool was nice. The lobby and restaurant area were nice as well. The room looked outdated, couch arms were super dirty, and the A/C worked terrible. We sweat through a lot of the night n
