Fairfield Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Airport

The bed was very wobbly. The food was sub par. The rest was “ok”. It was only one night.

- The shower curtains were too small and caused a lot of the water to leak out onto the bathroom floor and create a slip hazard. - Hotel keys worked most of the time, sometimes after a couple tries, but I had to get one replaced because it would not work at all. - The staircase was FILTHY, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that everything else was alright

Everything except for the bed was great. It was just way too hard. We both had trouble sleeping on it and woke up with back aches. I had originally planned on staying there another night next week, but canceled it because of the bed. So if you like a really hard bed then this is the place for you.

Clean property and the rooms were clean as expected.

Cleaner than most other hotels in area Breakfast could be served until 10a

Well, I thought the property was newer. At least from the pictures , but it's tired and it's run down and apparently the staff knows it.It's almost like it's a dressed up motel 6

Location Forced to take pictures of all damages already done to the room because the wanted to charge me for damages. There was alot of damage already done to the rooms before my 10 hour stay.

Location I’m pretty sure the sheets were not changed on the bed from the previous traveler. I smelled cologne and felt dog hair on me all night. Gross. When I first arrived I had to request a room switch because the bathroom was not clean. Won’t be back

Hallway and room had a bad odor. Door lock on hotel room did not work.

Good location quite and all over great

The outside looks great, the lobby area was very nice, good location for our appointment the next morning . The bathroom door handle was broken, the shower curtain was not secured properly so it did not hang right the toilet was hard to flush and the sink faucet was very loose and the water pressure was not great, so maybe if you book a room on booking you get the broken rooms.

Old TV, rumors beside the neightbord room and poor breckfast….

The food was great, but the room was\n Broken. I believe they gave us the worst room at the hotel. You need to hire staff more friendly. I asked for tiles.\nAnd they said they didn't have any\nTotally unacceptable. I will make it a point.Never to stay at your facility again. The receptionist should tell the clients.There is no weekend service. How Can a 1/2 empty hotel?Not have any towels. Have you ever asked why your hotel is half empty? It has to do with the people at the front counter. I will make it my best effort.Never to stay at your hotel.

The over night staff at this airport hotel were so good and caring about the travelers that would be staying with them. To Daria at the front desk and the shuttle driver over night, thank you!
