avid hotel Oklahoma City Airport by IHG

Breakfast was just ok. Our first room was awful and fan banged and banged. Got a second room and it was a nicer one. Elevator shuts too quickly and slammed my arm w/our suitcases. Hotel was given higher ratings than I think it should be whereas we saw hotels w/lower ratings near there that looked better.

I only stayed one night and left very early before breakfast was served. I chose this hotel because I have stayed in these brand of hotels before. The building and rooms are new and clean and bed was very comfortable including pillows. The only down for me was that a truck was parked next to my room and I could hear when the engine was turned on at 3:30am in the morning. Had to leave early anyway but I was looking forward to my extra 30 mins of sleep.

Would definitely stay there again

night staff was rude, morning staff rude...room floor gross and dirty rag on restroom sink

Room was clean good stay just wish breakfast was til 10

It was very good and clean

Location was near the airport car rental drop off. Clean and inviting lobby. Room was clean and comfortable with a large TV and big bathroom. Nothing

Really enjoyed staying at this property

Nice and clean, just wish they had more amenities in the room, only had a tiny fridge that barely kept things cold.

First, the TV streaming wasn't working. When I contacted the front desk, they simply gave me a third-party phone number instead of resolving it. When I called that number, the representative just suggested it was likely an issue with the TV or Google Cast, offering zero actual help. Furthermore, during my 5-night stay, my key card abruptly stopped working on the third day. When I went to the front desk to get it fixed, the staff had to ask me how long I was staying, which showed a clear lack of basic reservation management. To top it off, during check-out, no one even bothered to ask how my stay was or if I needed anything. The service was indifferent and unhelpful throughout. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel worked perfectly for us for a weekend in OKC. Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast options were good. Would stay here again.

One week stay close to the airport and other amenities. Free parking. Good size room and comfy. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.

Breakfast had great selection and the staff was very friendly. The location was good. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. That is my big complaint. I will not stay there again due to poor sleep related to mattress.

Good

Great

Liked Everything. The staff was awesome, rooms are expertly cleaned and the coffee is to die for.

It was good for what we needed it for

Ok for the price. Not a safe neighborhood at night.

Great hotel! Especially for the price!
