We had a wonderful experience at the Avid in OKC! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The team went above and beyond for us—they even kindly let us grab some breakfast options while they were in the middle of packing it up, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property itself is extremely clean, and the rooms were absolute perfection—spotless, immaculate, and super comfortable. Parking was plentiful, and the location is ideal if you need easy access to both the airport and town. And can we talk about the coffee bar?! Who gets freshly ground coffee at a hotel? We did! It was open 24/7, kept spotlessly clean, and was honestly insane quality for a hotel stay. To keep it completely honest: the AC on the second floor was out, which was pretty miserable in the mid-July heat, and the outside trash bins were overflowing. However, despite those couple of maintenance hiccups, the stellar service, immaculate rooms, and great amenities mean we would 100% stay at Avid again.

I would stay there again, but understand that it is a little under the quality I would expect with AVID.

The listing states pets are welcome, at checking I received a contract that states no pets allowed. Why did the listing state pets are welcomed? I even called the hotel to verify pets are welcomed and the staff member stated yes.

The rooms were extremely small, and the breakfast was cold and the juices were watered down but the customer service, and the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel overall more than made up for the negatives

The room was clean and fit the bill for my two night stay. Nothing fancy. No pool but clean, safe and accommodating staff. Breakfast filled the hole.
