They offered hot meals for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

But some of the sausage looked gray and not brown. Thanks for having yogurt and the extras to add to it. That was the best part of the breakfast. Oh, and the coffee was good. Location was close to where I needed to be each day. The room was plenty large ( we had the 2 bedroom suite) AC in the bedroom would only cool it down if turned as low as possible, then got too cold. So it was either hot or cold. The fan on that same unit was very obnoxious and noisy. Every time it cycled off and on through the night it woke me up. The couch in the living area was not very comfortable.

Why it was so cold inside the building 02 it just wasn’t clean our room had a hair on the bed and had a dirty rag in the shower. It just wasn’t clean. You couldn’t get extra towels. I’ve just wouldn’t recommend staying there. The only nice thing about it was that it was right there at the convention center. I like that it was right next to the convention center, and then we got free breakfast because we were part of the convention center

They did not have a crib. Claimed they ran out or they were reserved even though we reserved one the night before after booking the room on the phone. Close to the OKC airport. We had an early flight. Should give a discount for travelers woth early flights They shuttle was very helpful. Must book in advance though head up. Room was great. Used the large suite. Sofa bed was confusing. Did not have a mettress like traditional sofa beds. Had to put queen mattress on the floor so my kid wouldn’t roll off. They are under 3. AC was great. Bathroom was great. Staff was new as the night shift staff usually is and they don’t usually know what’s going on. Otherwise great hotel. Not many offer large rooms for families. 4/5 stars.

The pool. It was overpriced for the quality of the room. We checked in and the room was dirty and a housekeeper had to come recreate it. Then that evening we went to take showers and the water never got hot. It was a miserable stay and they never even tried to give a discount so I would not recommend the hotel or will we stay again.

Front desk in evening was very polite. They keep pool open till 11. First I booked and paid ahead of time online but when I got there I about panicked because they couldn't find reservation or name even when I gave them a confirmation number on my receipt. So it took 5 times going back an forth to car to call an figure out situation. Next room was decently clean their is several different small spots around the rooms on walls an such of dark substances looks like flinging chocolate or soda, bathroom shower has a softball size Cracking and chips in ceiling right above toilet from water damage or leak ,their was a big brown spill of something that was already in floor honestly it looked like someone's pet had been their and shit on floor it was by the bed closest to window. None of the 3 tvs worked it just would show a discombobulated picture only 2 channels worked news and state capital crap that was the most irritating of them all is no service an be stuck somewhere overnight and nothing to do bc we're traveling an the tvs wouldnt work. Also leave your breakfast at 6 am people still get up early on weekends but bc we had too leave by 645 am we had to skip breakfast that technically i paid for included in with room and be hungry the entire day bc we were stuck stuck at our event. Also I think I might have/dropped left my small camera next day I looked threw every bag/thing i own bc I needed it to record but couldn't find it so im wondering if it might have got knocked of bed in back room an fell under bed and I didnt know.

Passing through Oklahoma on my way back from New Mexico and reserved a room at the last minute. Was very pleased that I chose this hotel. The room was clean and up to date. Will certainly stay there again if the occasion arises

Room was semi clean. Had a funky smell and the carpets the the first level corridors were dirty and not vacuumed. The cook was so nice and friendly and kept the breakfast area nice and clean though.

The parking was very easy but did not seem very secure. The room also had a few light that weren't working and the bathroom didn't have a fan or anyway of dealing with the humidity from the shower. Also the sofa "bed" doesn't fold our or change at all and was a little hard to sleep on. Other than that this was a great hotel

Definitely use the pool. It was great and the staff was friendly.

I’ve stayed on 2 different occasions

I’ve stayed here 3 weeks straight, and no complaints. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and great pillows. Good pillows are a must!
