Staybridge Suites Oklahoma City Airport by IHG

It was nice and clean The staff was rude my tv did not work and I was uncomfortable

I was not in a suite. It was nice but kinda crowded with all the furniture.

Great stay

More options for breakfast would be nice

Good job

Good!

Clean, perfect size with the 2bedroom suite. Couch very uncomfortable and one of the legs broke but not a big issue since we only stayed one night. Overall I’d stay again.

Very good

Wonderful

Nice room, staff was great

The room was not cleaned very well. I found a used bandaid in the tub. There was trash behind the night stand in one bedroom and a chunk of food under the bed in the other room. We had to ask for hand towels and wash clothes, as none were provided. And our key cards wouldn't work so we had to stop at the front desk and get escorted to our room every time we left. I was offered a discount of what I thought was gonna be 50 off my room but turned out to only be a 23 difference. I feel like that was just a slap in the face after the issues we had.

Loved the rooms

The roominess and the price. Trash wasn't emptied, bathroom floor dirty, and air in one of the suites didn't work.

By no means was it the worst hotel I've stayed in but overall, the hotel is short staffed and is not equipped or stocked with enough supplies or food to provide for guest, but the room was not clean the day I arrived, but I carry cleaning supplies with me so I cleaned and mopped the floor myself. On Tuesday upon returning for the night the room was not clean or refreshed so I had to go down stairs to get clean towels and trash bags since I had used the original towels left in the room to clean with. The lock on the door did not work and I had advised the check-in clerk, it was never repaired. The "Breakfast" was served late and was always half way prepared and in small portions so the food ran out around 7:00 everyday. There was no milk. Only Soda or coffee available for drinks.

Very good

This was the happiest time we have stayed in ok. We even have stayed at higher end places that don’t match this stay. Greatest staff anywhere!!

After check in they told us the elevator was not working and that we had to use the stairs. Carried all the luggage to the third floor. Room was ok but it did not have enough towels in the bathroom, there were no sheets or pillow in the room for the sofa bed, etc. Not a pleasant stay overall.
