By no means was it the worst hotel I've stayed in but overall, the hotel is short staffed and is not equipped or stocked with enough supplies or food to provide for guest, but the room was not clean the day I arrived, but I carry cleaning supplies with me so I cleaned and mopped the floor myself. On Tuesday upon returning for the night the room was not clean or refreshed so I had to go down stairs to get clean towels and trash bags since I had used the original towels left in the room to clean with. The lock on the door did not work and I had advised the check-in clerk, it was never repaired. The "Breakfast" was served late and was always half way prepared and in small portions so the food ran out around 7:00 everyday. There was no milk. Only Soda or coffee available for drinks.

This was the happiest time we have stayed in ok. We even have stayed at higher end places that don’t match this stay. Greatest staff anywhere!!

After check in they told us the elevator was not working and that we had to use the stairs. Carried all the luggage to the third floor. Room was ok but it did not have enough towels in the bathroom, there were no sheets or pillow in the room for the sofa bed, etc. Not a pleasant stay overall.
