Wonderful, just wonderful and so easy to access by car. The EV chargers were easy to use despite one being damaged. The weight room and breakfast were over the top great. I spent almost as much time in here as visiting my family; love it! One note; the pool was closed for maintenance and the outdoor patio wasn't open. The walk along the Oklahoma River was beautiful but the Cruise wasn't open anymore this year.

It was easy to get to. They were under construction.

Convenient to the airport.

I choose this hotel over others in the area primarily because of the EV charging amenity. There were 2 Tesla chargers but one was broken and a car was plugged into the one working Tesla charger for 12 hours so I was unable to use the charger at all. This kind of messed up my travel plans. The third charger was a DC charger and incompatible with Tesla's unless you own a specific adaptor. Since the chargers are a shared amenity and especially because only one Tesla charger was functioning, I feel the front desk should have at a minimum had a sign at the front desk telling guests to move out of the spot after finishing charging or taken the number of the charging guest so that they can be contacted if another guest wished to use the charger. The hotel rooms were fine but the charging situation really was not well managed and I was overall very disappointed.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Wonderful experience.

room wasn't ready they were working on the room, there was no house cleaning, there was no pool. I asked to make sure there was a pool when i booked the room. They said I could use the pool next door at their sister property. went there asked to use it. They were rude and acted like they didn't want us to use it. Try to use it again the next day they said it was being cleaned shood be ready in 30 mins, went back two more times still wasn't ready. They ask for my room number, and they will call me when they were don't. I never got the call. And also, on the way over I fell in a hole in the grass and hurt my shoulder . Had to get my own towels and take out my own trash. So yes, I am am unhappy.

Breakfast was just fair, pool was closed for renovation
-
The staff No pool, no pillows, no water pressure for a shower , no microwave to work. Did get it fixed. Bought a tv dinner and it had been refrozen and old.
-

Was a great stay all around

I chose this hotel over others because it had a pool but it was closed for renovations so that was disappointing for our child. Our room was spotless and quiet. The person at the front desk helped me choose a room where we could see fireworks (facing downtown) and we could as well at the wild lightning from a passing storm and the river. The building was on the river walk so it was convenient to walk with our dog plus there were a flock of egrets. It would have been 5 star if the pool wasn’t closed and our hall’s floor was so stained and smelled strongly of cleaner which I guess was better than something dirty. I would stay again when the pool reopens if I come back this way again.

Some of the breakfasts were a little off... 2 days the bacon was strange and almost plastic material. The chorizo sausage was interesting choice too as not everyone likes spicy food. Also the yogurt machine was broken which was a bummer. But otherwise it was a great value.

Hotels.com did not fix the problem. Staff at the cusmer service said that his manager will call me soon, but I never have got a phone call from hotels.com. They messed up with my reservation.

Breakfast options are mostly pre-packaged, pre-cooked and rewarmed. Not many fresh options to choose from. One bowl of fresh whole fruit that was hidden on top of the yogurt machine which did not work 2 of the 5 days I stayed. Also massive amount of coffee grounds in the coffee dispensers. Happened twice during my stay. I started bringing my own yogurt and fruit down in the morning to build a more healthy breakfast.
