The staff were patient, however I was not aware kids could eat breakfast for free. I had paid for 2 people to eat and I kindly asked if I could get a refund on the breakfast but since my rate was fixed they couldn’t help me. $15 lost because of a fixed rate. How are we supposed to know the kiddos ate free??? The pool was DISGUSTING. My poor daughter found a dead baby lizard in the pool and all the kids in the pool kept messing with a dead reptile. When I was swimming, on the deep end (5ft) I had somehow knick my right leg on the ladder . My daughter had a small cut on her left back thigh from using the ladder on the deep end. That pool was probably not cleaned in three days. So disappointing. I hope we don’t get an infection from that filthy pool. I hardly stay at hotels but this experience wasn’t the best. I think the best thing would be the breakfast they had this morning. The staff working the breakfast were kind and efficient.

I stayed here toward the beginning of the month, as of today I have not received my deposit back onto my debit card. They say that they released it but my bank has not received it yet.
