Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Airport

Facility was clean, gorgeous, with great pool, room and breakfast. The staff had terrible customer service for the entire stay. I would walk up to the front desk and wasn’t greeted or even had eye contact made. I asked where I could find a spoon and the staff member just pointed. I said oh thank you and nothing, no words. I was amazed at the lack of communication and friendliness from staff.

This is our favorite place to stay when we fly out. Its always clean and has a great staff. Also I could tell that It just got a little update on the rooms and hotel.

Very friendly staff and very clean room very nice housekeeper also and front deck staff.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was very sad, only choices for hot food were chicken sausage or scrambled eggs.

Love the room! It has so much space and was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helped anyway they could. Will definitely be staying here again. Not a bad thing but they are renovating. Looking forward to starting again after everything’s complete.

Property was clean and staff was great.

When checking in was notified that pool was closed for 1 week due to cleaning. Elevator was slow and only 1 for the whole place.

Hotel under renovation. Noisy, toilet kept running off and on all night. Air turning off and on and noisy.

Loved the pool and hot tub. My son enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast. The only reason i give this hotel a 3 is because they were renovating rooms. But we got a room right next to one of the rooms been renovated and they woke us up at 7 15 am with hammering on the walls alot of noise coming from the next room.son woke up scared and I did too. I feel they shouldn't rent a room out next to a room been renovated. But would definitely come back maybe when they are not renovating.

One of the floors was under construction so we were not given the room we were promised. No extra pillows or blankets in the closet either

This was a 1 day “Stay Cay”. Just because my grandchild wanted to go swimming and I don’t have a pool for her yet. She loved the pool, which is like a mini “Great Wolf Lodge” and played in there for about 3 hours. The water was blue but cloudy, which seems to be a grandma thing. I also thought the water was too cold. I had to stay in the hot tub, however it had edged past murky and tripped over into dirty. I know it was heavily chlorinated as it was foaming but I was still uncomfortable about it. The room was a double king and had a combination desk, dresser, dining table and conference room table. It was the biggest monstrosity I’ve ever seen but it made for a good conversation piece! The bed was too uncomfortable for Hubs so he slept on the sofa with 4 pillows. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Pancakes, waffles, eggs cooked to order. Warm syrup and melted real butter. Ham and sausage, toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, cookies and lovely fresh fruit. All in all I’d say it was well worth the time we spent and perhaps they’ll spend a bit more time refreshing their amenities.

Nice staff. Large clean room. Remodeling seemed to be just finishing up. Good breakfast with varying options.

Nice room even though new, missing some items. Very clean, comfortable and convenient location. The gentleman at the desk in the morning we had communication error about the driver to take me to Airport. I still got there in time he just didn't understand what I was saying about time I needed to be at the airport

Clean but under construction and only 1 elevator and there was water by the elevator which you could slip and fall .. water from bathing suites need to be addressed due to the amount of water outside elevator and inside as-well … the dtaff needs to tell parents that if they swim they need to complete dry before leaving pool area .. The fact that they were putting parents with small kids by people who fidnt have kids and you could hear them running and jumping alll nite
