It was okay. Did t have any issues other then the air not working.

There was NO feed back from the hotel….

A/C didn’t work, alarms beeping in the hallway, no tv and room keys not working.

Room keys weren't working. Guest being sent back multiple times. Guest finding room uncleaned. Finding n g otherr Guest in assigned room. AC did not work. AT ALL

Property looked very tired and worn out. Some of the locks on doors didn’t work. Mirror in bathroom was missing. Stains on curtains.

Bathroom light broke, water didn't work toilet didn't flush, remote had no batteries, dark hallways no lights, NOTHING LIKE THE FAKE PICTURES ONLINE AND NOT 3 STARS

Dirty smelly, very loud AC , there’s a lot of different hotels in the area that are a much better place to stay in . My recommendation is choose a different hotel .

The worst hotel I ever stayed in! VERY HOT! STAFF SITTING ON THERE PHONES AND NOT HELPING! THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE ROOM I BOOKED. Half to the outlets did not work and so much more very bad experience

It was the most chaotic and unorganized check in I’ve ever dealt with. Then we couldn’t get our room key to work, went back to the desk 3 times before they had to have the cleaning lady let us in our room and we never received a room key. Thankfully we were only staying one night. The room wasn’t very clean. I know there were several people who asked for a refund and left the same night we stayed and had it not been so late we would have done the same. Definitely will not be staying here again. The only benefit of the doubt is that there was a flight that got canceled and they sent them all there. But they should have been way more organized.

Only the pool was good, Everything else was terrible Broken room air, broken refrigerator, clogged toilet, super dirty, dirty curtains and carpet and bad smell ‍♀️ It’s not worth it The photos that appear in the post are fake, they are not real. Not even security cameras have only two small rings in the pool ‍♀️

It would have been the place back in its day. It seemed to AI was used to make things look better or pictures weren't updated from the time internet came out and they had a webpaige.

The loud obnoxious music when you enter the lobby. How long it takes to check in and check out over 30 minutes to check in and check out. that it’s also a long stay hotel where people are staying there weekly and monthly stays. I would not recommend.
