Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Conference Ctr/Airpt/Bricktown

Im very upset with my stay. Our first room 123 the door lock thing was falling off, tv had 1 channel. Moved to tge 2nd room. Forgot number. Got locked out the room. Front desk lady gave us 5 or 6 new cards each time that card didnt wirk. Finally after going from room to thr front 5 or 6 times the maintance man came let us in and moved us to a nither room. Go back up front and room was a king bed with coach cause it all there was rhat was available and a room that works. I paid for 2 beds my son is 14 5"11 and was stuck on a damn sofa. I stay here every time i come to the city but after my stay i will find me a different hotel. I feel i should been offered my money back or room discounted or a free nite. Sadly i will tell everyone i know not to sray here

Everything was nicely clean room friendly staff I enjoyed staying here for one night only

The lobby was clean. The rooms needed attention. The carpet and curtains were stained. The room had a mobile AC. The extra towels we were given also had stains. The motel overall needed a good cleaning. Sadly, the breakfast buffet was the best thing about this motel.

At one time this was a very nice hotel it’s pretty dated. In all honesty I would stay again, Likes: bedding was clean staff friendly free breakfast was good no meat only on the weekends, bathroom was fair everything worked, Improvements: wall had small holes, WiFi at least in my room was really weak, couch was kinda dirty and facing wall next to TV making it not watchable from couch the pricing was fair I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5

Poor excuse for hotel. 1st room no a/c second room nasty. No refrigerator food left from last guest no remote TV not working. Looked like blood splatter on b/r wall altogether Nasty!!

I chose this hotel because of the amenities. A restaurant/bar on site, an indoor pool and breakfast. The restaurant is closed. The pool was closed and the breakfast was ok. The hotel is huge. I had to walk into another part of the hotel to get to my room. Got my exercise for the weekend! For the price it was ok. The staff was great, no complaints.

Its a cheap hotel. Pool never open. They had a wedding there and there was puke in the bathrooms. The floors were sticky. The owner parked his one of two Lamborghini's in the front but didn't want to invest that into the property. Door broken all over the outside of the place. You can walk in without a card anytime. For sure felt like people are living full time there. Cigarette butts in certain spot where I seen the same person smoking everyday with massive piles. It was quite and the staff was very nice.

Its a good hotel if you are traveling through. Its super affordable. It definitely not luxurious but they have a cool area were the pool is

Motel is under new ownership. They only provide clean towels and clean the room every 3 days. We arrived on Wednesday and the room was cleaned on Saturday. Management told us they cleaned every 3 days. Breakfast is the same every day with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and 3 kinds of generic cereal. Trash was overflowing since they don’t clean the room more often. Body wash and shampoo was only in tubes of .75 ounces for just 2 people. Shower rod had come off the wall with the anchors. Sink had a crack in it. Undermount sink was coming down. Sheetrock by the shower was poorly done. The artwork in the bathroom was broken and coming apart. The phone had a flashing light blinking that we had to cover at night with a wash cloth so we could get some sleep. I brought it to the staff and said that the owner doesn’t want to fix any of the issues. When we asked for clean towels they didn’t have wash cloths or hand towels. Only gave us the big towels. The breakfast area was clean and was kept up.

My daughter had to switch rooms 3 times during her stay. The first room had a toilet that did not work at all. The second room they moved her into was also dirty and unacceptable. In another room, the freezer even had black hair inside it. Having to repeatedly move rooms because of cleanliness and maintenance issues is unacceptable. This stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel was not worth the money I paid for it at all!! When we checked in we had headed to our first room, in the first room their was pee in the toilet and the toilet didn’t even flush, and then they moved us to a second room, the bed wasn’t made there were dirty towels in the floor and in the bathroom, this room had not been cleaned at all, and they moved us to a third room and it was at least somewhat clean, they staff were very sweet and friendly people but this hotel is truly disgusting, the hallways have nothing but trash all through them, and the pool hadn’t been taking care of in so long that it was a disgusting green color! I definitely don’t recommend this hotel!

The property looks nothing like the pictures online. The outside of the property was littered in trash and all of the trash cans inside the building were never dumped. Maid service never cleaned the room during our two night stay and we had to ask for more towels. The bar was never open.

Staff was friendly. At check in the girl was new but her coworker was patient with her. Great team work. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was super nice In our room there was a pair of pink lacey underwear from the last guest. We also didn't have hot water. This is essential one to shower but also for other hygiene purposes. We were not informed there was a problem. We had to go to the front desk

When we arrived there was no hot water. We told the office but they were too busy. A nice maintenace man told us someone was working on it and should be working shortly. An hour later we had to leave for our event without a shower. The M. Man told us as we were leaving that the hot water just got fixed. We went to our event, came back about 11:00 pm. Still no hot water. We slept there because it was late. The next morning there was still no hot water. We checked out instead of spending the second night. We think we should get all of our money back. I have a copy of the letter that we left with the office if anyone wants to see it

I never completed my checkin at this property after walking into the.lobby and thankfully getting the opportunity to see the room. It was aweful!! Filthy, nasty is not even how I can describe these place. The restaurant was closed, the lobby and frontdesk was nasty dirty and disgusting. There was a security guard that was in the courtyard having a casual conversation and not being professional. I was told since I didn't complete the checkin, that it was canceled and I should only be charged for the 1st night. Im not holding my breath for that to happen. They should be ashamed as to the pictures they advertise and the actual property conditions. The surrounding area is not a place you want to be. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this place.

This was the most disturbing hotel I have ever stayed in, it was filthy, dark and dank. From cockroaches to green pool to transient drug addicts in and out and all throughout. The amount of deals I witnessed in my 4 hours before refusing to stay there was astonishing! It looked abandoned and like something from a horror show with not a worker in sight! Would not recommend to my worst enemy
