Clean and comfortable

This hotel looks like a crime scene. The front desk crew smelled of marijuana, the room did not have a working a/c and the adjacent room's door was kicked in.

1) Restaurant - no longer there 2) Nope no bar you have to leave the promises to drink 3) A heated inside pool- The pool was so cold that at first it was miserable but once you get use to it I was okay as long as you stayed moving. We only went to the pool cause of this reason. We were looking forward to really "live" in the pool for 2 days..very disappointed 😞 At check-in was told that I needed to put down a $50 deposit (not a problem) put it on my card. Now when I woke up the next morning they had once again put a second $50 deposit on hold on my card. The A/C in our room worked when it wanted. It would be cold one minute then the room would be so hot. The breakfast was the same both morning of our stay. Cold scrambled eggs, soggy tater tots, cold mini pancakes. The juice dispenser was out of water so we had a choice of orange juice coffee or water. I am allergic to orange juice therefore I could either have hot coffee or cold water for breakfast luckily I like hot coffee. The one thing this hotel had going for it was the staff that we did interact with was pure GOLD ( checking in, Sunday morning, and checking out).

This was crazy. Their pool picture is AI. There is no slide and it’s falling apart. But would have been okay but the entire hotel is just outdated. Tiles coming off, water was freezing, the pool itself was peel all over and the bottom. They are switching to tap entry and the first room we got had that door but it wasn’t “online” and front desk didn’t know it didn’t open. So we had to move. Second room, peeling paint, dirty carpet and gross but we continued on. Then the toddler moved the chair, and we were all blessed with dog crap. Old. Decaying dog crap. That shows they never move anything to vacuum or clean. But we tried to make it work. And then the room was set on 62 but stayed at 77-79. For hours. So I finally said something and they moved us. Third room was okay. No dog poo so I guess better? Don’t take family here if you’re expecting a decent pool and fun for them. It was a lie. The breakfast buffet was eggs, and some potato’s…. That’s it. No meat. The Franchise owner I think is who he was, said they don’t do meat during the week. It was overall crazy. Told the guy checking us out about the poo in case night shift didn’t and he literally just looked at me and said okay is that all? Like…. No apologies for the crappy visit or night. Just wanted to get out.

Got there July 10th for me and my wife anniversary went to check in got the key card to the room and on the walk the hallways was hot and muggy and got to the room and tried to open the the room the door didn’t take our card and didn’t light up at all went back down stairs to tell the front counter that it’s not working they said it should be working and went up there to check it out the lady then told other attendant that it’s not working then the gave me another room and first thing you notice was a smell the resembled mold and water and that there was a dehumidifier inside the room and and we looked at the bed and saw that the blankets were the middle of the bed and a towel was on the counter. Look like I’ve been used in. The floor was stained up. Told the lady in the front that I wanted a refund. She told me that she would reverse my funds to me and that it will take 3 to 5 days. I waited for those days and I had to contact Experian and they said the hotel won’t refund me because they gave me another room which they had to cause we couldn’t get into the first room went back couple days later and talked to the manager and told him the situation and he told me to write an email to the sales team and still no word back from them and said that he couldn’t refund me the money because he would have to get approved with the owners.

There were several people that couldn't get into their rooms because of key issues. We got double charged for the room with no upfront help from the staff to rectify it. We asked for towels that we never received. The whole experience was not good.

Would not stay again

We had to wait an hour after check in to actually get checked in, same for about 15 people waiting which they blamed on maids. The room had stains on the floor , definitely hadn’t been vacuumed, and the air conditioning wasn’t working so they had a portable one brought in.There were 2 doors in our room. 1 door was so old our card wouldn’t work and we got locked out and It took us 45 minutes sitting in the lobby to wait on maintenance to get there. Getting ready the next morning our power went out only in our room, we asked around and called and were offered flashlights by the front desk. After going down to the lobby yet again they did let us use their show room to dry our hair. Which looked nothing like our room at all. It was newer and clean and cold. We were supposed to get our deposit back when we checked out only to be told at checkout it would take 3-5 business days. Specifically asked if it would go back on my card immediately and told yes.

Im very upset with my stay. Our first room 123 the door lock thing was falling off, tv had 1 channel. Moved to tge 2nd room. Forgot number. Got locked out the room. Front desk lady gave us 5 or 6 new cards each time that card didnt wirk. Finally after going from room to thr front 5 or 6 times the maintance man came let us in and moved us to a nither room. Go back up front and room was a king bed with coach cause it all there was rhat was available and a room that works. I paid for 2 beds my son is 14 5"11 and was stuck on a damn sofa. I stay here every time i come to the city but after my stay i will find me a different hotel. I feel i should been offered my money back or room discounted or a free nite. Sadly i will tell everyone i know not to sray here

Horrible hotel. Don’t stay there. Wouldn’t recommend
-
Bar was not open. Swimming pool dirty. Roof is messed up
-
The lobby was clean. The rooms needed attention. The carpet and curtains were stained. The room had a mobile AC. The extra towels we were given also had stains. The motel overall needed a good cleaning. Sadly, the breakfast buffet was the best thing about this motel.

Nothing Everything, this place should not be rated as a 4 star hotel.

At one time this was a very nice hotel it’s pretty dated. In all honesty I would stay again, Likes: bedding was clean staff friendly free breakfast was good no meat only on the weekends, bathroom was fair everything worked, Improvements: wall had small holes, WiFi at least in my room was really weak, couch was kinda dirty and facing wall next to TV making it not watchable from couch the pricing was fair I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5
