Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating, cheerful, neat, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary pomegranate tea :)!! Thank you for a comforting stay!

Our stay went very well and we would stay at this hotel again.

Clean room and quiet

Think the room could be touched up a bit. We stayed at 3 different chains this trip and I thought the linens could be nicer, softer… Didn’t really understand the temperature adjustments. For older folks the floor in tub was a little slippery.

Everything was excellent from check in, accommodations, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast options.

Property was clean, rooms were very clean. Bed was comfy. Good location. Excellent day staff! Good breakfast. Broken curtain so the room wasn’t very dark when we slept.

The rooms are amazing. We found our new favorite hotel and will continue to use this chain.

They have outdoor pool but no indoor. I didn’t like that. Other than that, Lobby, hallway, and room is clean. Full kitchen in the room was nice. I liked the fact that my room has a walk-in shower without the tub. Breakfast was fresh, and staff was helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended, great place to stay while visiting the Quail Spring area in OKC.

Updated & very clean! Checked in late at night and check in ladies were wonderful!!! Very accommodating and friendly! We booked a suite and it was very clean. Breakfast was outstanding! We travel a lot and this was probably one of our best experiences!!! NA

Got to the hotel at 11pm and was told our room smelled of marijuana. The room was for 2 queen beds and I was told the only room we could be moved to was a single queen. This obviously was not going to work with 2 kids and 2 adults. The simple solution would have been for the staff to call earlier in the day to make us aware of the situation. If they would have done this I could have found appropriate accommodations for my family. Instead I had to finish my drive home throughout the night. This by far was the worst customer service i have ever experienced with a hotel.
