We were there for 1 night, but the hotel was very clean.

The staff was outstanding. The age of the property made it a little less attractive than others. Property was clean. Staff was great.

I saw three different front desk people during my stay. All three were excellent at their jobs. You have an extremely polite and helpful staff. Our bar soap had some dirt inside the cardboard box. Perhaps it received some kind of water damage previously?? We just washed our hands with the nice shower gel instead.I did not bring the issue up to any employee.

Located close to several restaurants

The property was very clean, as was the room. We loved the extra space in the room, as we were there for 9 days. The beds were comfortable and the noise level low. The staff was awesome. Our bathroom had some wallpaper that was coming off of the wall. Kids running out of the pool area making the floor in front of the elevators, and the elevators soaking wet.

Everything!!! Alexis at the front desk is amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful!! Nothing! All was great. If anything, get bigger disposable coffee cus!

Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was gross and beds were uncomfortable.

The only problem we had was the blackout shade was broken and the light from the hotel next door was shining through.

When I travel, which is fairly often, I do prefer any Hilton owned place. The quality and care is better than most hotels. The staff is attentive and respectful. They’re knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t found a Hilton hotel that has ever disappointed me.

Overall, I had a really good stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great. The pillows were a bit thin for my preference, but they brought extra right away when I asked, which I appreciated. The pool area was nice as well, but one suggestion would be to replace the metal tables with sturdy plastic ones, since the metal tends to rust around water, chip at the base, and leave rust residue on the ground, which takes away from the overall look. Breakfast was decent, but the options were a bit limited compared to other hotels. Adding items like sausage would make a big difference. The eggs worked well for sandwiches, but offering scrambled eggs would be a great addition since that’s something most people enjoy. It could even be taken up a notch with a simple toppings station (like onions, jalapeños, cheese, or pico de gallo) to make it more customizable.

Breakfast was adequate but hotel is not up to par…rooms are dark and mattress is terrible. I would consider a different hotel for a restful night!
