So dirty and poorly maintained. Hotel looks recently renovated but my goodness, I bet there hasn't been a single deep clean evere since

the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install their own pump to add water pressure, then, maybe they also could install a strip to stop the water from running all out in the bathroom, even under the door out into the foyer area. a shame a nice hotel visit has to be spoiled by some problems with some basics.

Staff, rooms, location, breakfast The wheelchair accessible rooms have beds that are too high for someone with very limited mobility to get in. The back door where there is handicap parking, has been inaccessible for several months, as we have stayed there. Also, in case of fire says don’t use elevator, but there are wheelchair accessible rooms on floors other than the first floor. How would they get down to the ground floor if there was a fire? They can’t use stairs, only an elevator.

Location is ideal for shopping and restaurants. This was purpose of our one night stay. Quiet hotel with very little traffic in parking lot and in rooms during our overnight stay. Room was sizable, and bed was comfortable. Toilet did not refill after one flush. Took over a half hour to refill tank. We called the front desk to be told, "Sorry. You're on the 3rd floor." We removed the tank lid and resorted to filling a small trash can with water to refill the toilet tank on our own. Some halls and elevator doors and walls were dirty. Pancakes at breakfast were undercooked after rolling out of the machine. The television remote would not work until we called the front desk to learn that we had to search under the TV for the box/cord that would receive the signal to the remote.

Location was close to the hospital we were visiting. The breakfast was extremely good. The room was quiet and little noise was heard from the hallway. The room and bathroom was clean with the exception of the shower. Bathroom area was very clean with the exception of the shower which was slightly slimy with some residue and body hair.

The mattress needs replacing.

Bed frames made creaking noises when uou sat down on the edge as well as when you turned over in your sleep. Return air vent was full of dust & fuzz. Lots of noise up & down the hall & LOTS of slamming doors. Nit a restful experience.

Nothing I was charged for a reservation that they didn't even honor

Our room was a very nice size. The temperature of the room when we arrived was adjusted so it was very comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom. I would stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!!! The staff didn't speak clear English. Was over charged for smoking in the room an never did. Was the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had. I will sleep in a tent before I ever sleep in another holiday inn. They lied about the room an then charged us 353.00 dollars to supposedly clean the room. Never again! Oh an to their options it off we found a needle cap, weed stems behind the refrigerator an pill beside the bed!!! So disappointing!!!
