Clean room and helpful staff!

Close to everything. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Nice room. The dishes at the buffet were dirty. Dish washer wasn’t good I guess. Pool to crowded and couldn’t use.

The staff was really nice,the entry way and breakfast area was nice,but the rooms were old and needed some major updating (Pretty nasty)

The Day Staff on weekend (long brown hair)--She was AMAZING! Always Friendly and spoke each time we came and went. Paid for a King Suite--however, it had No Couch! Only had a coffee table and 2 side tables pushed up against the wall - There was No place to sit...waste of extra money! I advised front desk - she said nothing could be done! ALL Ice Machines were Broken except on 2nd Floor (we were on 4th)!! No Ice Buckets Available (even at front desk)! Room Keys had to be replaced Daily! Would get clear up to 4th floor and key wouldn't work! So Irritating! Bed was lumpy! Room Outdated and Dirty! Cleaning never removed dirty towels. TV Didn't work except for 5 local channels! When Checking-in, the pm staff (orange hair) was too busy flirting with other people, rather than focusing on the task and the long line of other guests! She was Always on her cell phone - eating & flirting with Married Men! The cleaning staff opened our door twice...despite having the Do-Not-Disturb sign on the door! Husband was in the front room changing on one time! Coffee in the entry was okay, however the shaking-broken table it sat on was pathetic!!

The ac didn't work in our room or the room we had the ability to go to.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

The elevators and carpets in general smell like animal urine, beds hard as a rock and room stayed hot, would not recommend!!

Good Hotel

Coffee machine kept breaking down

Needed to change date. Hotel never responded.

There was a terrible smell in the lobby when we walked in. We were told a pipe had burst. Then, the pool was not available. There was a restaurant & bar, with hours posted, but neither were ever open…not sure why. We were also told on the phone beforehand we could get a rollaway & they were not available.

Very clean and everyone was very nice. Nothing.

It was very convenient to the places we needed The bed was extremely hard. The coffee make did not work in the room and when I got some downstairs it was terrible.

Will definitely stay there again!

The water went out due to a pipe break. That I understand. The hotel had no control over that. It’s how it was handled that I take issue with. No announcement was made. No compensation given. In fact we were charged for water bottles we needed to even brush our teeth. Staff was rude that night and said no compensation would be given. I would like my stay refunded as well as incidentals (water bottles). How this is handled will determine if I ever risk a Holiday Inn again.

We had no water when we returned back to the room Saturday. Woke up Sunday morning and still didn't have any water. Apparently a water line busted.

Our room was big and quiet. Our room smelled like smoke. I even sprayed air fresheners, still smelled. Trash cans need to be my, overflowing. Outdated furniture and decor. Breakfast was frustrating, no plates, needed to be cleaned, low food supply. Coffee machine takes forever. Carpet needs deep cleaning.

The room was smaller than expected and when we got upstairs we noticed that there was a shortage of towels for the bathroom and no extra bedding for the pull out sofa. All in all the hotel wasn’t bad but our stay was less than desirable, due to the front desk staffs screw up.

Our room was a nice size and my husband really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. However, our bed was rock hard and the thermostat was temperamental. I would have tried the breakfast but was unwilling to pay $8.99 for it. This hotel does have the lowest incidental fee that I have ever encountered at $25. It would also be nice if they would put up signage on the ceiling (like exit signs) that showed where the elevators are located as my husband got lost.
