Filthy and the mattress was broken.

It was a great stay

Clean room and a very hospitable staff.

Staff obviously tries to keep the place in good condition, but is up to ownership to replace worn floor treatments, have the rooms painted, upgrade fixtures, etc. the place looks old and tired.

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The bed was a bit hard and pillows flat. They had an excellent breakfast and the staff was helpful

The hairdryer in the room did not work and the TV didn't always work either. I had to jiggle cables to get it to turn on and it often froze. I did enjoy the Dove shower products, hand wash and lotion. The workout room was also good for a one person workout.

Good location for things we were doing in the area Notice machines stopped working. Our room key never came. The maintenance man got us one key. That took some time.

We had to move rooms 3 times in a 2 night stay. The hotel needs repair, maintenance and cleaning. We have stayed there a few times before and did not have any issue but this time it was not acceptable and we will not be staying there again.

Staff was very helpful

Breakfast was very good, Check-in employee was very pleasant. The power went out almost immediately after checked in (4-5 hours), then nobody knew anything and ? no backup power.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our stay. The building itself is on the older side. I loved that housekeeping services were available everyday and that our dog was able to stay with us. The breakfast was good but the eating area could have been A LOT cleaner. So for that reason, I will not be booking any stays here in the future.
