La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham OKC North - Quail Springs

This hotel hasn’t been updated in quite some time and has alot of mold and water damage on the ceilings. The jets in the tub were gross and the whole place had broken tile and cracked floors. Honestly I tried not to touch anything. In the parking lot there was broken glass like someone broke into a car. Why wouldn’t you sweep that up? Would not stay here again.

Convenient, clean, courteous service

Good people who work there however this place is way too overpriced and not as pictured. Lack of cleanliness, but if this place was $50 a night I’d say hell yeah. But over $90 a night for as old and conditions of the rooms is a bit much.

Got lock out of room. Took them 45 minutes to fix and the Manger told us to leave our door one while we were gone. Paid for an upgraded room the big garden tub with nets did not work. Tile was falling off the walls. Can hear every guest in the hallway. The place smelled of animals and string spices being cooked. The continental breakfast was not good, the biscuits were cold and not heated up. The gravy was burnt and tasted old. I also asked if I could have fresh towels replaced in the room and the manager said no we can hand them to you. We will not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean.

Rooms were clean , staff was great , breakfast was basic,, only down side in my opinion was that there were slot of things trying to be bidding with caulk , we had two dirty towels in our “clean” pile. And they didn’t come the next morning to take and exchange the used towels. Besides that good enough for the price.

The nice Hispanic guy was really nice. I didn't get his name but I want everyone to know he helped me out and his customer service is excellent!!!! Thank you

Bathrooms are old rusted caulking around mold and painted tubs with floor mats were disgusting bedrooms were fine besides the hotel smelled from weed the entire time not family friendly and very noisy we didn't sleep at all dogs barking in rooms

Room clean and spacious . Jacuzzi tub such a great add !

By far the BEST hotel we stayed at during our trip. We stayed at 4 different places and this was the greatest. Night desk was AWESOME! VERY HELPFUL. BEST BREAKFAST. All around greatest stay.

We enjoyed every detail of this stay. The breakfast, the room, and the bed. All was excellent.

The staff is terrific. Rooms are average. clean and made up everyday. Breakfast is available each morning. Coffee is also. Anything you need, you get. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Its not a 5star hotel. but it is a nice place to stay

Room had spots of candle waxs other than that it was a perfect stay

Not the best experience! There was no towels in the room, some of the areas were dirty, just not the best for us!

Clean rooms, great breakfast!

Room was nice. The girl at the desk was extremely nice. We went to our room and for some reason the heater was on and the room was hot. Went back down and they gave us another room with no issue. This one did not have the AC on, so not sure if it was supposed to be or not but didnt take too long to cool down. Had a whirlpool tub but the tile looked like it was coming apart on the front and my wife said no way is she using that, there could be mold in there fromt the water getting in the exposed area. Otherwise, room was nice and clean. Would most likely return if we are in that area again.

Clean property. Great for the family. Felt safe

The breakfast was terrible. Warm foods were cold. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast at all. The hotel was clean but not well maintained.
