The location is what I liked best about the property. The carpets were old, the walls were thin and had patched holes and it was clean in general. The whole first floor smelled like an old mop and marijuana.

The room sucked it had been refurbished but the idiots painted the bathtub and it was flaking and had hair in it. The floor was new but was being held down by packing tape. The trim going up the wall was hanging loose. The hand rails were painted. I could go on but I won’t. I will just say it was done by someone other than a professional. The breakfast was good but the biscuits weren’t heated up and not in a warmer which made them dry even with the good gravy on top

Ac was leaking in room, not enough towels and keys kept not working and we got locked out

This place definitely needs some TLC. The bathrooms need remodeling with the tubs put together with a patch and rust like stuff at top of tub area and bottom of tub. The staff was very pleasant, but we had to sleep and be there with the smell of pot the whole time.

Outside noise was noticeable so leaving your room’s ac unit on is a must.

Would have rated 5 stars but the water in my jacuzzi tub would not get hot. I was very disappointed.

Very nice, placed us ground floor away from the pool, icemaker and other guests without being asked. Clean room, good beds and pillows. Plenty of towels, air worked. Comfortable stay, I'll remember for the next time.

The staff was nice. The outside property was nice. The area was nice. My room was OK. The hallway smell really bad like rotten food. The bathroom tub looks like it needs to be remodeled. There was patches of some type of material to cover up the cracks and I seen a couple spiders in the room.

This property is kind of run down. Needs an update. The guests in most rooms around my room were loud, you could smell Marijauna in the hall way coming from rooms. Permeating everywhere. Thus hotel needs help

Yes no hot water you have to run water for 15 min to get warm water and they said there was nothing they could do about it

Nothing The parking lot had a lot of trash blowing around. My room smelled someone painted the bath tub and it was peeling the chair locked like a cat tore it up. I think I was given the pet room. Breakfast was all processed eggs and cold sausage was uncooked fruit was old. I stay at la Qantas all the time for the past 12 years this was the worst one ever.

Breakfast and swimming pool were not good.
