Springhill Suites Marriott Quail Springs

Once I was finally able to access my room, I found it to be in unacceptable condition. The room was dirty, had a strong unpleasant odor, and the carpets had not been vacuumed. They smelled heavily of dirt and dampness, which made it very difficult for me to sleep comfortably. The worst part was discovering that the towels appeared to have been previously used and were visibly dirty. This raised serious concerns about the hotel's overall cleanliness and hygiene standards. I went back to speak with the employee who had checked me in, explained the situation, and requested a room change. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done and that they were unable to contact the hotel manager. As a result, I was essentially given two options: spend the night in the dirty room or find another hotel on my own. In addition, I was informed that no refund could be issued because the reservation and payment had been made directly through Expedia. Overall, the lack of customer service, the poor cleanliness of the room, and the staff's inability to provide any reasonable solution made this an extremely unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this hotel and hope that significant improvements are

Let's start with the desk staff having to stare at the computer screen for 5 minutes waiting for responses every time a customer wants to check in or out. Elevators weren't working. The place is run down. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced. The breakfast was poor. The ceiling tiles in hallways are stained. It's just not a great experience.

The place was very well kept. The breakfast was good. I was highly disappointed the pool was empty with how hot it is. If I had known the pool was drained, I would have stayed elsewhere. I rented it for a birthday weekend . Other than that, it was a nice hotel

The room was dirty. There were no towels in the bathroom, no extra toilet paper, no hand soap in the bathroom and just over all gross! The staff could not end their FaceTime calls long enough to help us.

Staff did not stop by to clean the room after requesting several times. One of the elevators did not work and the other one was slow. Took over two weeks to get the incidentals credit back and was charged twice by accident.

Pool was green and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. You're suppose to be able to see bottom of the pool, yet people were still allowed to swim. The toilet ran constantly, after looking at it you could tell it was warped and needed to be replaced. The ac barley cooled the bed area next to it, Made so much noise as well that was all you could hear at night aside from the toilet.

Kitchen staff was amazing and most of the front desk Staff, place was very dirty. Didn’t smell. Pleasant. Didn’t have any thing clean as far as laundry towels pillows in the pool was disgusting way too expensive for this quality. I could’ve stayed at a motel six if I wanted something dirty and uncomfortable

The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. We received our keys to the room and found that the room had two towels and no washcloths, there were five of us. I returned to the desk for more and the clerk could only find two more towels but no washcloths clean and ready for use. I was going to be sleeping on the pull out bed and ask for sheets I was given two flat sheets thin enough that I could have read a newspaper through them. The pull out smelled .The next night the same thing two towels no washcloths. They need to hire more help to keep things running smoothly. The breakfast was great

Hotel was a lot nicer than I thought it would be with how cheap it was! The ladies at the front deck were really nice & helpful! Elevator was messed up one day so we had to use the stairs to get to the third floor but I didn’t mind. Breakfast was good! I would stay there again!

Location

Breakfast was amazing. The lady that was cooking was very sweet super clean and enjoy to be around for the morning however I didn’t like that. It was five of us in a double bedroom and they only gave us three washcloths and when asked for more they told me I had to wait till the next morning we definitely all need to shower that night but overall a great stay

The room was good but the staff had left towels that hadn’t been used in the room. I prefer clean and sanitary towels. The staff was friendly and helpful.
