Pool was green and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. You're suppose to be able to see bottom of the pool, yet people were still allowed to swim. The toilet ran constantly, after looking at it you could tell it was warped and needed to be replaced. The ac barley cooled the bed area next to it, Made so much noise as well that was all you could hear at night aside from the toilet.

Kitchen staff was amazing and most of the front desk Staff, place was very dirty. Didn’t smell. Pleasant. Didn’t have any thing clean as far as laundry towels pillows in the pool was disgusting way too expensive for this quality. I could’ve stayed at a motel six if I wanted something dirty and uncomfortable

The only thing that put me in fourth floor when the elevator was not working 😢😢

most everything. so many broken parts and just a very frustrating experience

The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. We received our keys to the room and found that the room had two towels and no washcloths, there were five of us. I returned to the desk for more and the clerk could only find two more towels but no washcloths clean and ready for use. I was going to be sleeping on the pull out bed and ask for sheets I was given two flat sheets thin enough that I could have read a newspaper through them. The pull out smelled .The next night the same thing two towels no washcloths. They need to hire more help to keep things running smoothly. The breakfast was great

Hotel was a lot nicer than I thought it would be with how cheap it was! The ladies at the front deck were really nice & helpful! Elevator was messed up one day so we had to use the stairs to get to the third floor but I didn’t mind. Breakfast was good! I would stay there again!

Breakfast was amazing. The lady that was cooking was very sweet super clean and enjoy to be around for the morning however I didn’t like that. It was five of us in a double bedroom and they only gave us three washcloths and when asked for more they told me I had to wait till the next morning we definitely all need to shower that night but overall a great stay

The room was good but the staff had left towels that hadn’t been used in the room. I prefer clean and sanitary towels. The staff was friendly and helpful.

AC hardly worked. Rooms were compacted and cramped. Staff was rude. Did not clean rooms each day. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper.
-
Nothing. It smelled like sewage. Elevators were broken and pool was closed.

Hotel was nice. Clean, comfortable bedding. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was great one day, not so great the next and opens a bit late. Showers can only be turned on from inside which is fine if you don’t mind being sprayed with cold water. Overall the stay was fine, no major issues.

Yes, there was no hot water. It was like warm

The bad - Lighting in room insufficient. The ugly - Fire alarm in hall outside room 509 was buzzing non stop. Daughter said she experienced the same issue when she stayed there a couple months ago. Besides irritating, this is probably a safety issue because my guess is that the alarm is not working properly. No excuse for not being corrected almost immediately. Lighr under cupboards by coffee maker not working. In general, hotel is looking aged and not well maintained. Not a good reflection on Marriott or Springhill Suites.

Place is incredibly dirty - only one elevator working on both days for a 6 floor hotel. Elevator was disgustingly dirty. We were traveling with a basketball team for a tournament in OKC. In onene of the rooms a boy got bites on his leg. Father took a photo of bed bug, complained to front desk and they were moved to another room. I could not sleep in my room after hear that. Terrible hotel experience. However, not surprised as place was very dirty. Asked for extra towels and was told they had none. Coffee was very lousy in morning. We arrived on a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend and was told pool was not yet open. On a good note, front desk people nice. Based on our experience, we would NEVER stay there again.
