Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

The room was dirty with hair in bathroom floor and there was smudge all over the cabinets by the fridge. We booked this place due to it having a bar but when we got there they said the bar was closed. I later say that evening the bar worker pouring alcohol into drinks behind the bar where he thought he was hidden!! Will not stay here again!

Very well, kept property in a great location near tons of restaurants and shopping. There’s an in house restaurant as well as a steakhouse and a bar and grill in the same parking lot as the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and cordial and the room was nice and clean. The only reason I did not give it five stars was the beds are a little uncomfortable and could use an update. However, that would not stop me from staying here again because it’s an excellent location at a fair price. I would recommend this location to anybody but perhaps ask for a room with the newer mattresses

There was mold on the ceiling and walls, splattered stains on the ceiling. Bath tub was dirty and not fully clean. The shower door did not close like it should after trying several times,. The carpet was dirty and it had a smell to it

The hotel was exactly what we needed for our sister weekend. We went to OK to see our sister. The room was big with a sofa and chair. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a restaurant/bar area downstairs for gathering to visit with other family. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant owner was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant inside was a plus. Location was isolated on a service road. Rooms need to be updated for the price they’re charging. No options for upgrades.

Nice cold A/C. Comfortable bed. Walls slightly damaged in spots and could use a wipe down, but nice for the price.

Location was great and front desk was very friendly! I figured for the location of the hotel, this would be in a lot better condition than it was. It felt like maintenance hadn’t been done in awhile and there was lots of areas that needed repair, updating and a deep clean.

Was close to everything we needed to be close to. Beds were also comfortable. It was dirty!!! Smelled like gas everywhere!!! My mom almost fell because the floor is lifting by the elevator on the 2nd floor. Every time you flushed the toilet it would whistle and make the longest strange noise. There was no free breakfast included like they said they had provided. Horrible experience not book with them again.

Location from our destination. The hotel staff, and the bar/restaurant was great. We saw roaches in the hall way going to our room. Then in our room there was white powdery substance along the walls behind the night stand and bed. Tiles were broken and coming up off of the floor in the bathroom. A/C wasn’t working properly. The top blankets had something brown on them, looked like poop stains.

The restaurant inside the hotel wasn’t great but other than that the hotel itself was exactly what we needed.

Location The bathroom faucet didn’t work and the toilet took forever to fill up after being flushed.
