Nice hotel and was surrounded by tons of stuff. Great location, good breakfast choice, quiet even though it’s by the highway. Stayed in a suite with 2 king beds and two bathrooms and the rooms were very clean and big. Staybridge is my go to hotel now

The property was clean, the fragrance that is used is pretty overwhelming when walking in the entrance. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The whole check-in process was very fast. Upon walking in my suite there was a smell, like an old smell, if that makes sense. I think some of the furniture and carpet needs to be updated. The bedroom and bathroom were cool. The full kitchen was an added plus. Even though I only used the refrigerator. They have a bin for garbage and soiled linen in the hallway, which is convenient if you don’t want your room cleaned everyday. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and/or helpful. ..Oh yeah the deposit is $25, yes you read that right and that is for your entire stay👍 They offer free parking which is another plus. Overall my stay was good minus the smells, maybe it was just my sensitive nose.

A great place for families with kids! The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed. If I come back to this city, I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and having a dishwasher was amazing. It made our stay so much easier and more convenient.

Some realistic notes for us; there were torn cushions in our room, a window leak with clear developing mold, not scary. We could have used some fresh coffee pods and sugars and creamers. I did have to clean the pool myself after the storm the next day but I loved using it for 2 hours! There were a few shady folks nearby at the outer parking lot and laying under a storefront - but the hotel has awesome automatic locking behind you and I was never scared. We walked to the nearby Japanese restaurant and back and it was great. Close to interstate and lake and mall!

The Staybridge Suites in Quail Springs was amazing! Very clean and everything was organized with breakfast and the dinner snacks/ community get together.

Very clean and well equipped room. My two adult children and I were very pleased with everything. Loved the use of the small kitchen which included a space enough to prepare a meal. The full complimentary breakfast they provided was a great addition to our stay. We each had a delicious choice of what we’d like to eat.

The mattress was VERY comfortable, the little kitchen was so nice to have, the layout of the room and the wall mounted nightstands and entrance shelf was very accommodating and you had extra floor space under them. The light in the bathroom was bright enough that you could see very well in the tub. There was a nice double door closet that had wire shelves, iron, board, hair dryer, and laundry basket and extra linens. There was a free laundry room on the second floor. The large desk and chair were very useful. The only thing I missed was a separate handheld shower head in the tub😊. The unit looked brand new.
