Great stay friendly staff

First time in OKC. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice as well. I strongly recommend you take time to go visit the memorial downtown. It is very well done, very beautiful and very moving.

One thing that I noticed when staying here that I truly appreciate is the fact the maids are not pounding on your door first thing in the morning to see if you're checking out. We have stayed several times and not once has a maid done that. I wish other hotels would take note of this! Here, they notify housekeeping when you checkout and THEN they go and clean your room. Check out isn't until noon. :) Breakfast here is great! Lots to choose from and it's fresh!! I do wish that they would provide either specific washcloths for makeup removal or complementary makeup wipes.

Overall our stay was great! The room was clean and inviting. There was a bit of a "dip" in the bed that I slept in and I could feel the springs through the mattress. It's time for an upgrade on the mattress! Other than that our stay was great! We love the breakfast, it's always well stocked and plenty of variety. Plus the morning crew is on standby if you need anything!

The rooms were clean, spacious, breakfast was delicious as there's so many food and drinks to choose from. The only thing was that you can hear every footstep from the top floor. We have kids and we received a complaint from the bottom room, we were also bothered from running and jumping from the room above us but we do as much as we could to calm and quiet children, so I understood and didn't complain. Next time I ask for a room floor but other than that I'd bring my family here for every trip to Oklahoma City 😊

First room they put us in did not have functioning air conditioning. Had to be moved 2 hours later. They allowed a private business to give swimming lessons to children for hours in the pool. Had to constantly move out of their way while swimming.

The room was as advertised. Clean. Spacious. Handicapped accessible.

I've had better breakfast at one of there hotels.
