The staff were friendly, and even though we only spent 2 nights, the cleaning staff still offered housekeeping to us, which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and I was very happy to have a microwave in our room in addition to the mini fridge. The location is great, right across the street from the mall. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Unfortunately, the TV did not work. It turned on and you could switch channels, but nearly all of them were static and noise. It was as if the screen was glitching out. Our conditioner pump was broken, but we got a new one from the front desk. The shower on the second day did not get hot like it did previously, only barely above leukwarm so that was a little disappointing.

We stated a week; first time in a Garner. Our room was quiet and well-cleaned, hallway was very well-maintained. Breakfast area was stocked and staff was very helpful. I made the desk clerk aware of a couple of small items that needed attention and they were immediately noted. I had the feeling that maintenance would address those issues as soon as we vacated the room. We will come back!

It had a shiny wrapper but not much when you got past that. Room only had 4 channels and the bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was no bueno. I wouldn’t stay here again.
