But, altogether, it was a wonderful stay. The only negative part is that this hotel charges hidden fees in hotel tax charges that I wasn’t expecting, so be prepared for those.
-
Location excellent, staff friendly, lobby clean We got checked into a room someone else was already in, the room we ended up with after, the bed sheets and comforters were wet, there were a grown men in the pool with open beer cans drinking and having a farting contest, the hotel was under construction so there was quite a bit of noise. Very limited breakfast.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. All requests were granted. Good breakfast. Short staff. Took a while to check in. Front desk didn't answer the phone. Had to walk down there. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not refilled before or stay, and there was too couch bedding available in the room.

As soon as you enter this hotel, you can feel how clean and tidy it is. The front desk staff are especially friendly. Although the hotel isn't large, it offers a complete range of facilities, making it a great value for money!

Roofers were working at the building at 6:30 am. Not the way I wanted to start my day. A card sitting next to the TV listed over 100 channels. Only 8 worked. The floor just inside the lobby door was constantly wet. Our room was ok, needed some paint touch-up and curtain needed cleaning.

Great location. Good value for money. Clean and bright. Nothing
-
Room was clean, large, staff professional, breakfast was included parking was good. Pool was heated.
-
One of the lamps had something spilled all over it. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was alright. Oklahoma City just has so many highways you have to use to get around. Hotel has a bit of modern style. At the time we where staying there. They where doing some painting renovations. Well on the last night the painters covered up our window to our room which also covered the air-condition vent that is below it. So, when we got back to the hotel our room was very muggy. The hostess was trying to help make accommodation for us by setting us in a different room but it would have been on the next floor up. And all those windows where covered up too. So he got us a fan and i guess we made due.

Property was clean and staff were friendly and very helpful.
-
Would have been nice if there were little coffee makers in the rooms but overall really nice stay
-
Typical continental breakfast - just ok. Parking lot was hard to navigate due to construction. Not enough designated does areas.
-
Under construction. No parking and very hard to get ahold of them after a flight cancellation. Tub was peeling. Overall ok but will stay some where else next time
-
Facilities were awesome. Can't beat the location. Bed & linens were wonderful. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so nice. We'll stay here again. No complaints here.
-
There’s a pool Dirty shower
-
The area wasn't busy and it was near the highway. The ends were very comfortable. The hotel is under construction. Our tub had big chips in it and it was rusty. When we pulled out the couch bed, the sheet was dirty and gross like it hadn't been changed in a long time. Breakfast was cold and had no flavor.
-
The bath tub lining was peeling. other than that, it was just OK. Not worth the premium we paid.
-
Such friendly staff. Our room was cleaned everyday we were there. Nice breakfast and lovely breakfast room.
-
Clean room, clean building. I’d stay again.

The staff were very accommodating and did their best to provide good service although the team appeared to be very small with only one person at the front desk, one housekeeper, and one person serving breakfast during the two days of my stay~they were still helpful and worked hard to meet guest needs. The room also seemed very clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some of the small maintenance details that made a difference during my stay. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, there were paint chips in the bottom of the tub, the microwave did not work, and the fridge did not get cold. As a frequent traveler, these are the kinds of things that should be checked and addressed on a daily basis, as they can have a big impact on the overall guest experience. Another issue was the noise level. The walls seemed very thin, as we could hear a dog barking and my neighbor was talking loudly around midnight, which made it difficult for my family to rest. I have a child with special needs who needs uninterrupted sleep at night, so this was especially challenging for us. We spent much of the night tossing and turning because of the noise. I understand there may not be much the front desk staff can do beyond asking guests to be considerate, but noise control, and soundproofing can make a significant difference in a guest’s stay.
