Snacks in the lobby were way over priced. The breakfast was delicious and good for the price. Room service was not great they did not replace my towels after taking the dirty ones. Was not given wash clothes. Love the style of the rooms. Hallways were extremely hot definitely not air conditioned.

Really bad experience.

My speaker was left behind and someone stole it. I tried calling as soon as I checked out to tell someone at 5am since I had a flight, I send a message and 3 days later still haven’t received a response. When someone finally answered after multiple attempts the said it “wasn’t found” I waited to unpack to send this response just to make sure I didn’t accidentally pack speaker. I checked in on Thursday night, left my “do not disturb” sign off the door on Saturday expecting to have the room cleaned when I returned but no that didn’t happen, when I asked for the room to be cleaned on Sunday I was rudely told it happens every other day which should have happened on Saturday. When I returned to the room late Sunday night the room had been cleaned but the bed was not made? Doesn’t turn down service mean making the bed as well?

The room had a leak from the refrigerator. It was so humid in the room you felt wet. The wall was filthy and so was the furniture. The elevator was dirty.

The morning/breakfast staff was very helpful and the food was tasty
-
Overpriced. Staff wasn’t very friendly. A lot of unkept dining areas. Pool is cool. One and Done
-
They were nice. The rooms are very modern. The shower is beautiful. Annoying kids playing pool and yelling at guests walking through the lobby.
-
Nothing The staff was rude. In fact, they charged me for an extra day and refused to allow me to stay there. I was literally put out on the street. I do not recommend staying at this aloft.

This hotel had so many issues. There were no bellhop carts so I had to carry everything from my roadtrip up by myself with a busted ankle. The refrigerator was not working and I had to get ice to keep my perishables cold. The elevator was about six inches higher than the floor at the lobby level, so you had to step up into the elevator. I watched a woman trip and fall in the elevator, spilling her dinner. This hotel screamed land lord special.

The check-in process was seamless, the room was nice and cool but the floors were sticky and after we came back to our room from hanging out there were some cockroaches on the bed. Not the big drain ones but rather the tiny ones you get from being dirty, it was late and our little one was tired so we did what we could and slept with basically one eye open in case more showed up.
-
The pool was filthy, the hotel poorly maintained, bed was rock hard with no pillow top, and the bathroom shower with zero privacy to the room and no exhaust fan. The toliet area had floor not pieced together and an inlet that was filthy with trash on the floor. An outlet next to the bed didnt work either. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel, and it's definitely a get what you pay for situation.

We stayed in room 103. We came here because of EV charging ane the charger was out of service. Ite staff was a little surly. The man that checked us in was unapologetic and asked for ID and credit card for incidentals with an attitude that made me feel untrusted and unwelcome. The job is hospitality and customer service. Not every interaction should be negative, especially is it is your job to be polite and mind. Pick another profession.

Great hotel with a great staff. Very clean and comfortable. The bar is limited but it all met our needs for the 2 nights we needed a good place to stay. A little off the beaten path but still close to most good restaurants and entertainment. I would stay here again. Our room was next to a huge vent that sounded like a vacuum cleaner. But didn't really hear it inside the room as much. Some of the halls were dark.

I didnt realize it was pet friendly and had a very yappy dog next door. Although it was cheaper than others, I won't be back because it is pet friendly. The hotel was ok. The bathroom door was a sliding door but it kept opening after we would shut it.

The location and staff were great. The room was very quiet at night. The furniture in the common area needs to be replaced due the stains. The bed in my room was ready for replacement, I could feel the springs/coils. The bed pillows were too soft, but plentiful. I liked the style of the room, and recommend you replace the current blinds(which are very effective) with blinds that can operate from both the top and bottom.

I have stayed at many Aloft'ss around the midwest and this by far is the worst one. The room (101) was in dire need of renovation as it had water damage across the entire floor and smelled like wet dog. The room was very open concept between the bathroom and bedroom and everything that wasn't in the main path to walk looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Hair and dirt everywhere. I will not be staying here again when I travel back to OKC.

Clean nice room with great amenities! We would stay again!

In order to receive new towels, we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk. The staff would put on rubber gloves and take our dirty towels and then give us new towels. Very weird experience
