facility is filthy. the rooms are gross, from the dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, dirty towels. no room service even after requesting a room clean. no one was ever at the front desk when needed. would NOT recommend

Staff, her name was Sam was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The TV in our room was not working well so Sam transfered us right away to a different room. Room was clean and very spacious. Wifi was very good. Breakfast had variety and some hot food. There was a pool but we did not use it. Wish we had more days in this hotel. Highly recommend and location is perfect, close to interstate with many eating facilities + shopping.

Bed bugs and the management acted like it was my fault they had bed bugs. It was terrible

The pricing is reasonable but I was disappointed that the indoor pool was grimy around the edge. All the way around. It was not inviting. The staff is friendly enough on the weekends. It’s adequate for a short stay.

Don't stay in 215. Room smells, has a pungent moldy, water damage smell that you'll get used to but doesn't feel safe due to the potency of the smell.

Comfortable bed, was not greeted when I walked in, but once she got to me she was friendly! Great location.

Exceptional

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. I didn't like that I was charged $100 EXTRA on top of the cost of my room for a deposit. Then told that it would be placed back onto my card in 5-7 days, unless I wanted to pay cash. The room was already $90, so that seemed odd that it didn't get placed back onto my card at checkout.

Rooms smelled. Our air conditioner was loud. And the grout was breaking up in our bathroom. But for a night it made do.
