Rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable.

Stayed there for 3 days. Only was able to get my room cleaned when I asked specifically on day 3. Instead of apologizing, they lied and said I had my room on DND when in fact I did not have my room on DND.

Check in was great.very clean room. Breakfast was better than most .

Due to remodeling outside the building. There were loose nails in the parking lot. Had to replaced tire on the car.

Tv remote did not work in the room.

Staff was welcoming, property was well maintained, check in and check out was easy but most of all the swim pool was fantastic. After long day in the car it was nice to relax in the clean and well maintained pool.

A nice, clean, safe place to spend the night on the road. The hotel room was clean (and I used an infrared light). Breakfast was good and well presented. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was very clean and definitely worth the price. The only issue I would say is that the air conditioner in our room didn’t work as well as it could have.

Hotel was clean, quiet, near restaurants

Very clean hotel The staff was very rude. It took over an hour to get our room. When we asked for towels for the pool, the staff said rudely " We aren't doing that anymore" and made a hand gesture as to shew it away.

Lengthy check in process, stains on sheets. No manager or cleaning ladies on site after 3pm. 1 front desk worker. Once we got checked in and got our sheets it was a fine stay. Curious to know other experiences.

Then the room. Okay at first glance. TV was left on an ad, so first thing I did was pick up the remote. It was gross. Covered in a sandy substance. Freaked me out so badly I ended up washing both my hands and the remote because I didn't want that anywhere else near me. There was also a dead bug flattened on the bathroom floor (small). The humidity was ridiculous - shirt left hanging overnight to air out was damp come morning. Oh, and the amenities! WiFi password didn't work until we were about to leave. Then, you had to sign up for it and put your name/email on the mailing list. Breakfast was eggs as the only protein. Lots of starchy stuff, but only a few fruits. Rooms were uncomfortably humid too. Pool is small, right next to the parking lot. We did not use it. Honestly it was the worst part of my trip, hands down. Staff, excepting the manager, were polite and helpful, so full marks for that. But we were told that IGH hotels only have one check in person ever. This is the last IGH hotel we will stay in.

The breakfast wasn’t good. Everything else about my stay was great!!

Love this hotel. Avid hotels are consistently clean, friendly and comfortable. This one in OKC was that plus the front desk night staff was lovely. She was very kind and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was good also

Was disappointed that there were renovations happening and there was no heads-up about that. Most of the windows were plastic-wrapped due to the ongoing renovations, so it got really hot during the day, and it flapped loudly all night, especially when it rained. TV’s HDMI didn’t work, and TV had a different guest’s name. We reported it; person at desk said they would have it checked, but that never happened. Also, nobody was ever at the front desk apart from the day we checked in, and it was typical to find guests in the lobby waiting on someone to show up. Sometimes, we yelled into the void and hoped someone would show up, which was usually the case. There was no one at check out though.
