Nor enough parking spaces. Parking lot full of potholes. Toilet would not flush on first flushing, had to continually hold handle down until finished. Dirty spots (rust or mold) on ceiling.

Rooms not maintained

I guess they don’t think your room needs to be made when you do a 3 night stay. Housekeeping never came by once. I had to ask for more towels on two separate occasions. Plus the TV in our room didn’t work.

Took almost 15 mins to have someone check me into my room. Then I was told that the king room I paid for wasn’t available and was given a double queen room which isn’t really an issue. Then they charged me for the room again at the property and I told them I already paid online. The overall hotel was rough for a Marriot.

Comfortable beds and very clean

Clean room, friendly staff. Mattress provided no support. There were ants in our bathroom. 2 of 3 ice machines were out of order.

Because both rooms were not livable, we had to leave the property and book another hotel at our own expense. Before we left, staff told us not to check out and said we would not be charged and could receive a refund. That was later denied based on the hotel’s internal records. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were very disappointed with how it was handled and the lack of accountability afterward.

I was there with my wife for an ivernight stay and at 1130pm i was having intimacy with my wife when a total sttanger just ealked in our room. Seems the front desk made a misyake and gave another person our room as well and i asked for a full refund and they front desk said they couldnt do that. Complete embarassment for me and my wife.

Clean facility…plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

The bed was sooooo comfortable I need to know what brand bed I was sleeping on in room 107

Nothing Everything

Great hotel and convenient with the starbucks inside.

The stay was okay but one employee at the front desk was horrible. It doesnt hurt to smile. Not every person is a fit to work in customer service and she is one of those persons.

Evening manager was great. helpfull and engaging

Terrible! We will never be back to this dump.

Was very disappointed because they do not have a room with a spa bath. When we got there this wasn’t even mentioned at check in. We get to our room just to have to come back down and ask about it. The manager said they haven’t had a spa bath for awhile and would comp the room. Well. It’s over a month now and the room still have not been comped.
