Baymont by Wyndham Oklahoma City/Quail Springs

We stay there every time we come to OKC. We've stayed there 2 within the last 2 weeks.

Breakfast was average at best.

The bedsheets and blanket was still damp it felt sticky and gross, my towels smelled like mildew and were also damp and gross, they have their hot and cold water markings in the incorrect spot I pretty much burnt my skin off my left foot, I paid $100 for a room with a king bed no pull out bed for my kid, and they still wanted a $50 deposit, I'd rather stay at motel 6 then to ever come back here. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. The hot tub was small as well. DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Terrible experience.

Rooms were not clean. Would not stay here again.

Staff was not helpful when I had to complain at 12 at night about the excessive stomping above us. The shower leaked like crazy out of the side of the shower head soaking the extremely slippery tile floor in the bathroom, like to the point we're my kid slipped and bonked his head and I myself almost slipped too. The beds were meh, and the sheets smelled musty. And we came back to the room at night and it smelled like a sewer and we hadn't even used the room yet. Cool in a pinch I guess but I wouldn't stay again.

It was a good stay but the only issue was a water leak from the bathroom sink in room 313. The front desk staff was great. I forget the young lady at front desk name on my check out is a 10 out of 10 i had a cash deposit that had some issue's but she found my deposit. Overall my stay was 4.25/5. That's my stay in a nutshell 💯

Room was dirty. House keeper only made the bed. Microwave Was dirty. Dust and hand marks all. The worst thing the room smelled like they had smoked a carton of cigarettes . Advice the front desk and nothing was done . Came home had to see a doctor.

12:04 midnight Parked and pulled luggage out of trunk. Family of 3 emerges from hotel with luggage. Leaves hotel premises.1st room assigned Door being held open by a toilet brush. Dried dark yellow urine, on toilet. Damp/moldy smell to entire hotel.

Breakfast and room could have been cleaner

The restroom was old and made it looked dirty Breakfast was horrible, same thing served for 3 days and was salty. The smell of the whole place was not it!

My family of 3 had our AC go out, and we needed a nice affordable option. All our expectations were met. Great job

Hot tub could have been cleaner, and the breakfast bar even though we got down there at 8:30 it still could have been kept up for there were more people coming after we got there. But the rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the grounds were kept up.

Customers service is on point, the front desk guys were really nice and professional. Unlike some other hotel I been, you feel welcome and you can tell that they appreciate your business. The bed was very comfortable Shower head works amazingly Water is hot❤️ Ac gets cold Clean just like other hotels ( not perfect because we are human ?) I see that they have a jacuzzi but I didn’t used yet I’ve machine works The gym is fully equipped with the necessary Overall it’s way better than most I paid way more money just to enjoy Netflix No smart tv but you can used your laptop The smell needs a little bit of work but I have my Fe breeze wherever I go. No hotel is perfect even the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but I have to be honest.
