After checking in, I found visible urine stains on the toilet and dirt embedded in the bathtub base. These were not minor cosmetic issues; they indicated that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or maintained. I photographed the conditions and went to the lobby to report them, expecting an apology, an inspection, and an offer of another room or another reasonable solution. Instead, a staff member told me the building was old and that it was too expensive to repair or replace the items and properly clean them. I was not offered another room, housekeeping assistance, or any meaningful remedy. The age of the property and the cost of maintenance do not excuse unsanitary conditions or justify assigning guests a room that is not suitable for use. The hotel’s response was even more disappointing than the condition of the room. I felt dismissed and unsupported, with no empathy, consideration, or effort to resolve the issue. A clean and sanitary bathroom is a basic expectation, not an unreasonable demand. Visible urine stains and embedded dirt should have been identified during housekeeping or inspection before the room was assigned. This approximately ten-minute interaction caused significant stress, and inconvenience.

Breakfast was a nice gesture... but not quality food Cleaner outside of the room..... inside the room was great thw cleaning ladies do a great job there but the carpet out was filthy I saw dead roaches and when we were swimming... the reason I got this hotel with the kids.... a mouse fell in the pool !! I called front desk the gentleman thought i was playing and that it was fake.... untill he saw how mad I was.... then got a bucket stopped it out and took it outside.... my son was terrified...we were going to stay longer but that incident happened we left that morning

We stay there every time we come to OKC. We've stayed there 2 within the last 2 weeks.

Breakfast was average at best.

Y'all beds suck

Enjoyed hot biscuits, gravy, eggs. Lots of extras but no meat or bacon The deadbolt lock did not work; we could only use the door handle lock. Missed that extra sense of nighttime security

The bedsheets and blanket was still damp it felt sticky and gross, my towels smelled like mildew and were also damp and gross, they have their hot and cold water markings in the incorrect spot I pretty much burnt my skin off my left foot, I paid $100 for a room with a king bed no pull out bed for my kid, and they still wanted a $50 deposit, I'd rather stay at motel 6 then to ever come back here. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. The hot tub was small as well. DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Terrible experience.

Staff was not helpful when I had to complain at 12 at night about the excessive stomping above us. The shower leaked like crazy out of the side of the shower head soaking the extremely slippery tile floor in the bathroom, like to the point we're my kid slipped and bonked his head and I myself almost slipped too. The beds were meh, and the sheets smelled musty. And we came back to the room at night and it smelled like a sewer and we hadn't even used the room yet. Cool in a pinch I guess but I wouldn't stay again.

It was a good stay but the only issue was a water leak from the bathroom sink in room 313. The front desk staff was great. I forget the young lady at front desk name on my check out is a 10 out of 10 i had a cash deposit that had some issue's but she found my deposit. Overall my stay was 4.25/5. That's my stay in a nutshell 💯
