Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Springs

Breakfast was good a few choices. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, quiet. The reason for 3 stars I got down graded a my room. I reserved a junior king suite got a regular king room. No discount, or anything to make it better. Will not stay here again

The bed was comfortable and it was conveniently located near a lot to do.

Had to call Engine to resolve the accidental deposit and no card card on file no email sent to the hotel Mattress was outdated and uncomfortable poor lighting in the bathroom

Hotel is old very outdated the property is terrible for the rate the rooms I had to change rooms cause the first room was not cleaned smelled and felt nasty we changed rooms second room smelled fresh but obvious not clean could have been better. $10 for breakfast selection terrible for the price you would think free breakfast better off going to IHop $3 for btl water I’ve seen this at 5star hotels but this hotel really don’t even deserve a star. Then my husband cologne was left in the first room we were told after giving keys to another room we could check in and exchange rooms when we returned front desk clerk did accommodate us in changing our rooms. Husband realized he left his cologne in the other room so he went to the front desk was given a key to go check back in the other room which it was gone and it was obvious someone slept in the room I just don’t believe you allowed us as a guest to leave the first room without it being checked before other guest was allowed to occupy that room so an employee had to get the cologne and yes we made a fuss JoMalone is expensive cologne they took our number was told a manager would be contacted to contact us nothing but I know it’s a lost. That’s not why the review is terrible had they not charged my card in advance I would have stayed only one night or not at all if I could have got at least some of my money back. This hotel is very outdated I’ve never stayed at a Hilton this old and dirty the furniture is chipped needs renovation

LOCATION WAS GOOD and the staff were very nice and friendly Very Very outdated - shower curtain did not reach the floor so water went everywhere in a handicap room

A great deal for the amenities!

Location was good and lots of places to have a meal. The area has a lots of shopping and recreational activities for families and couples. The AC was not the best. The rooms were quiet, but when we checked in it was late and there was no one at the check in desk available to check us in at the time. We decided to grab a bite to eat and came back. Others were waiting as well. Maybe they had an emergency.

Price Beds were terrible and made noise every time you moved. Could not get comfortable at all.

Staff is friendly and hotel is clean and reliable. It’s nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

Received the wrong room booked a double Queen and received a king with a twin size cot. The room had a mildew smell.

Staff and location were great. Dispensers in bathroom didn't work. Luckily I brought my own products.

It was nice. We asked for more towels because it was not a housekeeping day and towels were never brought to us like they said they would do.

People were great, room was clean but had a couple of lightbulbs burnt out
