Staff was amazing. My main complaints are that the room smelled very musty and the carpet in our room was very stained or dirty.

Bathrooms were very small with a barn door closure that lacked privacy. No free breakfast. Bathtub was slippery, no fan in bathroom so mirrors fogged up quickly. Light above bathtub did not work. The restaurant downstairs was very good and cost friendly. The staff was friendly. Room was large. Very noisy, could hear people talking through the walls and door.

Perfect place to stay for a little sister weekend trip to Omaha!

We had SUCH a wonderful experience here! It was clean, quiet. Beautiful pool area. Awesome exercise room. We ended up needing to change some of our plans and the staff was SO kind and helpful. The free, warm, yummy cookies at the front desk were my kids’ favorite part for sure!

I love this newer option for 72nd Steeet. It's in a convenient location for holiday goers, visits to kids at UNO, or stops for other family . The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The TP holder was loose and not positioned correctly when we arrived. and it looked like a guest had taped the hair dryer back together, but staff was responsive when I let them know. We would definitely stay there again, even though a free breakfast is not available.

I always come back and stay here at the specific location because it’s always clean. It’s my all-time favorite. I definitely enjoy the cookies. They’re always so delicious and as well when they put fruit inside the water it’s refreshing

never got to stay we showed up and they said we couldnt stay because of a cyber attack what kind of people do you have working there so my family and i were stranded

The front desk staff was amazing and made every effort to accommodate my family when there was a minor issue. We arrived late at night and were treated so kindly! Very much appreciated!

Very clean. Bathroom door needs some work but that was our only issue. Very friendly staff. Great price.

I stayed here with my 3 kids ages 9,8 and 7. As a parent of some very free willed kids i personally enjoyed the property not being "perfect" was there some wear and tear in the rooms-yes. Was some things needing updating-yes. But letting my kids being able to be themselves even away from home and knowing I don't have to make sure they don't mess anything up or them being loud in the pool or them spilling something and being charged for it or being told to not be themselves because we have stayed "nicer" places but felt like I had to keep my kids on pin and needles. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. Kids loved the pool area. They even stated they could not wait to come back! Very family friendly in my opinion.

The room was very clean and confortable. Staff was helpful. Ate in the bar/resturant the food was good, but expensive. Breakfast was not included in our stay.

Great Staff, and great stay overall. However, we stayed in room 133 I believe and it smelled strongly of Dog. This is our first time staying at a hotel with a pet(dog), so perhaps that is normal but it was overwhelming when you first walked in the room. Other than that all great.

It was an amazing room. Clean. Staff was very helpful. We only stayed the night and left very early. I wish they offered breakfast free. But it cost less because of it. So no big deal there.
