THE ROOM WAS GOOD BUT THE CARPET COULD'VE BEEN CLEANER..BUT THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE..THE ROOM WAS GREAT..

We stayed at Double Tree in Omaha Nebraska for our anniversary. During the day if you didn’t open the curtains it was dark with no lighting.I checked the lights on each side of the bed and the one by my side, I looked at the light bulb and it was covered with dust. Also the shower curtain was inside out so my husband took that down and turned it right side out. We always stay in Double Tree, but now I guess I will have to look for a more suitable motel.

The hotel seems pleasant enough, but the room has very dirty carpeting, rusty door handles, a dirty toilet, and blankets with gray stains.

Top notch property, situated close to major highway. Large pool. Safe, many condiments available. Restaurant on site.

A special shout-out to the exceptional restaurant team at VIDA: Claudia, Deana, Maia, and Sebastian. Thank you for your friendly, consistent service! We've enjoyed breakfast here more than five times, and it's always fresh, delicious, and offers plenty of healthy choices. Last night was the first time trying dinner, and it was outstanding. The homemade chicken sandwich was superb--homemade and battered chicken....Wowza! Thank you to everyone for making every stay such an enjoyable experience.

Nice motel and clean and comfortable. Nice bed, nice shower and nice big t.v. Excellent internet connection. Breakfast wasn't free. Darn! The restaurant was good too. Except too many texts I got responded. Oh well that's okay. Thanks.

Worst room I've stayed in smelled so bad angry I spent money on this

This was a disappointment. The rooms were both pretty scuzzy, one had a giant june bug on the floor, and all the towels were covered in hair. The staff did their best but there were definitely not enough of them; we did a lot of waiting. The carpet tacks were coming up in the area where the flooring and carpet met, and my husband ended up with a puncture wound in his foot. The pool was also not clean nor well maintained. Not great.

Clean rooms and easy check in and out.

Carmen (at the front desk) is a super star! Very helpful, friendly. Room was clean but a bit tired. Bathroom sink design was poor.

A complimentary breakfast would be nice for a Hilton. Had to buy breakfast at the attached diner.

Coffee should be complimentary

Room had a water leak so the carpet was wet the entire time. Called and they basically said nothing they could do. Shower was AWFUL. Water pressure was so high you couldn’t even stand under it and you couldn’t adjust the shower head any direction so it sprayed only in your face and completely out of the shower so the bathroom floor was soaking wet like it flooded anytime you showered. Front desk staff was friendly but the hostess for the breakfast at Vida was INCREDIBLY rude. There was no food left at the buffet that we paid $15 a person for and after waiting 20 minutes for food to be restocked, I asked if I could just order off the menu instead because there was no insight into when the buffet would be re-stocked, the hostess gave me huge attitude and was super rude stating that me my family (7 year old and 4 year old) just needed to be patient and wait. Absolutely would not recommend staying in this disaster of a hotel.
