Wont be staying there again. Very busy with lots of families. In the morning, people let their doors slam shut and it wakes you up. Seemed like it was a dozen times. Rooms need a lot of work.
-
Not bad but not great- seems recently remodeled but paint was spattered everywhere- doors were stuck and hard to close
-
Our bathroom door, we needed to push really hard to get it to close, there were s couple of cockroaches, the floor felt sticky, and the shower took some time to get hot.
-
Saw a roach in the bathroom.. everything else was great, staff was very accommodating, just need pest control

The place was filthy from the parking area to the room. Very old and run down. Not enough plugs for charging. Barely warm water in shower. Tub was disgusting. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Coffee maker leaked water everywhere. The pool was full of children and families that obviously didn’t have a room there. They all left by late evening The breakfast was not edible.! The eggs were like warm-up from the day before. The sausage was like ground up, something else other than meat, people were pouring coffee, taking one sip and leaving it there by the machines. Mine included! And the orange juice was just colored water. Couldn’t eat anything. Didn’t try the Indian restaurant on site, but it appears that the people who run that are also running a hotel and don’t have a clue!

It's a dump cockroachs all over the place no mini fridge or microwave in the room, and the elevators were to small for the number of guests even with 3 of them they where the size of a broom closet.
-
The rooms were disgusting. The doors did not close all the way for our room, there was an empty shot glass in the room, black mold all over the shower, The pool wasnt heated, and the parking lot had trash and cigarette butts all over.
-
Property in bad shape. Carpet needs to at least be cleaned or replaced. Our second room had no hot water, coffee was brown water. Overall would not recommend unless a great deal of work is done. Not typical of Comfort Suites we have stayed in the past.

The hotel was 8 floors and only 1 floor had working ice machine. We had booked 2 rooms and one had a moldy shower curtain and the other room the tub drained slowly and the water from the sink smelled foul. The floors in the room were not vacuumed. Would not recommend

While I'm grateful the towels were changed daily and my bed was made, the shower had suspicious black spots in the grout and caulk. Furthermore, the elevators always had trash in them and weren't very clean. The blackout curtains had holes in them, and there was a weird stain on the chair. Their wifi is also almost unusable, so don't stay there if you need to take any important calls or do any work on your computer and require wifi

Good clean room. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.

Quiet. Comfortable bed

Found hair on “clean” bedding and bathroom. It is a very cheap hotel so you can get what you pay for in that regard. Probably the worst though is that the hotel is claiming that we booked two nights when I have the Expedia confirmation and even a hotel receipt stating that we were only booked for one night. Our checkout was early in the morning, so there was no late checkout as well. Still fighting the hotel for this and hoping that they see their error and make it right and reverse the billing. Alerted my credit card company as well and the charge from the hotel is being disputed. Even though it was 100% prepaid! Fraudulent to say the least!!!

My first clue should have been the family leaving with all of their stuff at midnight when we arrived. Everything was old and worn, our toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. The tub was rusted and did not look clean. The beds seemed clean enough so we stayed as we were leaving in just a few hours. The breakfast was decent, amazingly, but we will never go back.

The room had an awful smell, like something had died in it. The bathroom was awful, I refused to shower in it, when the shower was on it flooded the floor, there was mold on the wall in the shower, the ceiling had large, wet stains on it, the walls in shower were filthy with some kind of red streaks all over and the floor baseboards were disgusting. The curtains had red stains on them, and the carpet was so old and gross, I wouldn’t dare have taken my shoes off. The only good thing was that the bed sheets were clean. The outside had cigarette butts everywhere and if you got there in the evening, there was nowhere to park. The pool might have been nice to use except there were so many kids, you couldn’t even relax. They should let adults use it after 10 pm instead of locking it up. Don’t bother calling the front desk, no one answers and the customer service was terrible, rude or non existent. I would have gone somewhere else if I had not spent over 300 for two nights already. It should be shut down. Don’t waste your money!

The staff was great to work with. The hotel could use a lot of updates. The doors had to literally be body slammed to open or close and were very loud. This place could use a lot of updates.

AC didn’t work well.
-
Terrible hotel, terrible service
-
The rooms are old and in poor condition and dirty. Carpet frayed, & everything was unacceptable. Beggers in the parking lot. Loud air conditioning.
-
room was rough. curtains were ripped, door latch(security) was broken and hanging by a few screws. a/c made weird noises in the night. breakfast was good.
