Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha NE

Aging facility which is need of an upgrade. I understand this is a budget hotel and give it 2 stars for having clean bed and hot water however, carpet was in need of cleaning or even outright replacement due to musky smell. AC in the room was loud and barely kept the room cool. They say continental breakfast provided however its only dry cereal with no milk, empty juice dispensers, toast and an empty vending machine. Was expecting at least some bagels and condiments. If you only need to stay a night on the cheap its ok but not good for extended stays.

Disgusting nasty gross and had to leave immediately

Initially I tried to add a night on my stay and did not since a call to the property resulted in a female telling me they had no rooms for the next night and I had to call Expedia, so I pulled them up on line. When I tried to extend my stay, I was going to be charged for the cancellation of the first night and then charged again for the second night. I decided to leave the reservation alone and worked on changing my reservation for tonight which was changed with no problems. When I arrived at approximately 1 AM, the man at the desk stated an additional $10 charge for my dog and I stated that I reserved this room and hotel due to my search included pet friendly. He stated that they would deal with it in the morning. He was giving directions to my room which included going down stairs with my luggage and dog to reach access to the room. I pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room and walked with a cane. He then made arrangements to meet me at the other end of the building where handicapped parking was, and I was to load my luggage on a cart and walk with it and the dog to the other end of the location. Then when I groaned, he changed my room to one right by the door where I parked. After getting in the room these things existed: bathroom fan did not work, towels damp due to steam from shower, no coffee pot, no cups, light above recliner would not turn on, hallway had no air circulation and was hot and stuffy, no bucket for ice. I will NOT stay here again.

Me encontraba súper cansado, después de una jornada larga de trabajo! Me molestó muchísimo que el recepcionista abriera la puerta de la habitación y me interrumpiera el sueño, eso me pareció muy incómodo ya que al igual me encontraba con mi pareja! El desayuno era pésimo y las habitaciones estaban con un aroma a tabaco horrible aparte de que las toallas para secarse estaban sucias los jabones y los acondicionadores que te colocan igual

There was no TV that worked and the sheets on the bed seemed like the where not clean and there were bugs in refrigerator and the bathroom looked terrible. I would not recommend this Super 8 on Spring Street.

Good place for me and my dog. Helpful staff. Overall clean, comfortable, but just wouldn't count on the breakfast.

This “motel” was filthy. Multiple lights didn’t work, the fridge was broken, A/C barely worked and the room was filthy. Dead bugs and flys all over the room.

Hallways dirty and falling apart front door of hotel looks like someone broke in and never fixed someone crawling out of hotel room with bags of stuff room lights did not work room security was gone sheets were crumpled and if used before

Dirty, smelly and sketchy

Staff were nice & helpful but honestly the whole building just needs to be renovated.

Lights in room not working, mold growing on the lamp shade. Roaches. Absolutely disgusting hellhole of a hotel.

Didn’t have the double room I requested and the clerk was talking in the phone the whole time I was checking in. Their breakfast consisted of coffee and dry cereal.

The air conditioner worked and the sheets were clean, but the room smelled of urine and alcohol and the bathroom sink was clogged. The carpet was very dirty and all the surfaces as well.

The hotel was poorly maintained. The front door to the hotel has duct tape holding the lock in. In the room the light switch on the wall did not work. None of the lamp switched worked. I had to plug and unplug the lamps to have a light. The shower head had as much water coming out the back of it as it did the front. The mattress was extremely comfortable and having a recliner in the room was great.

The window in the room we could completely take out of the track, no screen. and the amount of "trash and car parts" at the base of our window was insane.
