The location was really great as it provided for a good, quiet night's rest. The eggs could have been warmer but other than that, everything was great.

Staff was the best. Emily and Jeff were wonderful. I Felt it was my home for the 6 days. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The hot tub was well maintained. No complaints. I will stay there again! I became an IGH rewards member. Thanks Jeff, the manager, Emily, the other Jeff and to all the rest of the staff! Lin

Problems with HVAC. Had to change rooms after smoke alarm was triggered by the hot smell from the in room unit.

Emma was very nice and she truly liked her job, She was very helpful and was always smiling at the front desk. The hotel did call out room after we checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory and they truly acted like they valued us as customers.

Wonderful hotel! This was our second visit. Very comfortable mattress. Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool after a hot day at the zoo. Breakfast was great. Only disappointment was that Nate's Stumble Inn restaurant was closed for the holiday but we'll be back!

Location, staff were polite and beds were comfortable. The carpet in our room was very dirty, could not go without shoes or the bottom of your feet would get black. Sink did not drain very well and shower stall wall had a big crack in it.
