Best hotel we have stayed in awhile. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for two nights in early August (2026), and I had to keep reminding myself that it was a cheaper hotel. One positive about this property is the location. You are in the middle of west Omaha, and very accessible to many things in the area. The room we stayed in smelled dank the whole time. No matter what we did with the AC, it was just humid all of the time in the room, and you could tell that it must always be that way because of the mildew in the shower, drywall damage around the tub, and rust on the bathroom doorframe. I don't normally have allergy problems, but I was sneezing and having nasal issues whenever we were in the room, so there must be either a mold issue or there had been dogs in the room before us. Again, it was a cheaper hotel, so my expectations should probably be lower, but it was a good reminder that you generally get what you pay for when it comes to hotel rooms.

The room was damp and smelled like mold. Everything else was fine, but it was unsettling how bad it smelled

Because the CWS was in town, our room rate was twice the normal rate. Supply vs demand, I guess but irritating. They have only one elevator when there should be two. The room was fully functional but no extra appeal. My breakfast was okay, but my wife was not pleased.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access and shops. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was excellent. A little noisy at times.

What a nice property! It's relatively new and the staff was extremely helpful.

Great choice of different items and hot fresh food and the coffee was grounded fresh.

Rooms could definitely use a deep cleaning. Overall, stay was good. Only having one elevator made for long waits at times and there were not enough luggage carts. Breakfast was decent. The staff were very nice!

The breakfast was hot and tasted good. I booked for a double king room. When we were checking-in I was informed that they only had a one king bed. Between my friend and I one of us had to sleep on the couch. The elevator would shake when going up and down. The AC unit in my room was loud and made it difficult to sleep

Room was not ready when we arrived,which was after check in time and we were on a tight schedule and made us run behind

Lots of yummy choices for Breakfast and the coffee - which is important to me - is always fresh. My room was clean and comfortable, and I love the giant mirror in the bathroom that has a makeup mirror light built in. I have stayed here before and will stay again.
