Shower in our room did not work.

The Waterpark was the perfect size for our kids for the night. Our first room was great, up until it was completely fumed up with Marijuana smell. With our kids in the room, we didn't want them to be exposed so we reported it to the front. They moved us down to the first floor, floor was popping up when you walked in. Manager went up to our original floor and he could smell it and was trying to figure it out. Unfortunately due to booking Expedia they couldn't comp our bill. They were accommodating and moved us right away.

Good location, very clean, pleasant staff. Comfy beds. The coffee machine was not working.

Shower wasn’t working in morning.

The room was clean. I booked a King but was given two queens. We each took a bed as the one had a big mattress dip on one side, and the other mattress had a big dip in the middle. It's too bad the kitchen was flooded so we only got basic breakfast (yogurt, bagel, packet oatmeal, cereal). Overall decent and we'd stay there again.

Hot tub so warm and relaxing! And FREE BREAKFAST!! Compared to other hotels in Omaha, Ne this is THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND KIDS!!

The room itself was ok, but they could use a remodel, and a good cleaning. The bed was comfy enough to get a good night's rest. Parking was nice and easy.

It was great, staff were friendly and helpful!

NOTHING!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!! We paid almost $300 for a horrific room. It was small and absolutely disgusting. Do NOT stay here!! There was black dog hair all over the white bed comforter, and sheets were just as bad. It smelled like musty, damp, towels. There was sticky “stuff” all over the end tables and entertainment center. They didn’t even attempt to wipe them off. They didn’t even vacuum between the bed and the wall….for a WHILE. We also asked for a deep cleaning before our arrival, due to allergies and being immunocompromised. They said they would absolutely do that. Not only was that a lie, but I’m not sure they did anything after the last “guests” stayed, except make the bed…..with the same gross bedding. My sister woke up with a huge bite from “something,” too, as we were unable to get a refund for this horribly overpriced venue and find another due to the College World Series being in town. Trust me, we tried!! 11 pm, and if we could have gone elsewhere, we would have!! I repeat - Do NOT stay here!!!

Wasn’t a bad place to stay we stayed on the main floor not too far from the pool kids absolutely love the pool. The breakfast was good. While we were there, the fire alarms went off the staff did not tell anybody what to do or where to go. We were in the pool when it went off and it was an another guest that told us that those fire alarms are going off for us to get out of the pool we were not told to evacuate the building people were coming in and out of the facility with the alarm going off

We had yellowish stained blankets on our beds which my wife noticed the moment we walked in the room. The hot tube was nice and so was the pool. It was most for the kiddos which we didn’t mind.

Location, room was comfortable A bit dated and the breakfast was not good.

It was the perfect stop while we were in Omaha.

The room was clean.

The hotel was very nice and our room was very spacious. The pool area could use some updates like new paint but other than that everything was very good. Including the breakfast each morning.

Only 1 elevator, and no indoor stairs. Long lines to get to literally the next floor. Everything was wet & dirty (lots of kids running from the pool around the 1st floor). It was fine, esp for the price. But not worth anything more.

My family and I stayed for our last night of a long road trip. It was a short drive from the Omaha Zoo. The pool area could use an update, but it was functional. My son enjoyed the waterslide. There were good options for breakfast. We would stay here again.

The location for the concert in La Vista was okay. One of the elevators was out of order. The shower/tub didn't drain well so you were standing in 6" if water by the end of the shower. The water pressure was terrible. The bed was extremely soft. The breakfast wasn't bad.
