Best Western Plus Midwest Inn

Honestly it was a great experience. Better than expected. Everything looks redone. The staff were so nice. The pool was fun- no deep end made it relaxing and less stressful with kids. The breakfast was great too.

The rooms are very unfortunately riddled with black mold since there is a heated indoor water area on this small sized property. We were initially put in a room right next to the pool which my kids and I could not breathe in due to the heavily visible mold and so then they put us in a room on the 6th floor which is was much cleaner, but still had mold. Staying here caused me, my husband and 3 children to experience many allergy flares. Staff was excellent though and housekeepers were also outstanding.

Large nice clean room with a comfortable bed and large couch, good breakfast and awesome pool and hot tub. Even free cappuccino all day. What more could you ask for? And all at a reasonable price. The only complaint I have is a high deposit ($150) and it takes forever to get back. Overall id give this hotel a 4/5

Don't use room service, use Doordash. Room service is contracted out to a third party pizza place and the driver was loud, cussing, threaten us and dangerous. The hotel should definitely find another way to implement that service.

The staff at breakfast and the breakfast was a 20 out of a 10. Rooms were clean. We asked for adjoining rooms and a baby bed. When we checked in they didn't have either. Which made it a little difficult with a 4 month old. Had we of known we could of brought something for the baby to sleep in. The elevator floor didn't line up with the floors when the doors opened.

So the kids pool area was the highlight. It had slides and water features my 4 year old loved and the breakfast was fine. Nice staff. Room was in good shape. Water pressure low in tub. The hotel overall seemed pretty run down and worn out though. Phones to call front desk werent even connected. Night manager seemed new. Didn't know where shampoo and conditioner were. Probably wouldn't come back.

Overall it was a good stay. Towels were stained and missing fibers. Pool area was good. A little outdated and small compared to the number of rooms and amount of kids.

all was great, except breakfast was only coffee and mufins. pool is only 3 ft depth, great for little kids.

Continental breakfast was very good. Nice size rooms

The shower wasn’t working, ask for a discount they were telling me that I was lying and that it works. Why would I be lying about that. The lady in the front was rude.

Staff was very welcoming, made us feel like family. The lady running the breakfast was so sweet and accommodating, our kiddos loved the pool. Rooms were your standard room, clean sheets and linens!
