Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

Our carpet was soaked when we walked in and by the mini fridge , rain water was pouring in thru the windows, and had to use towels on the ac unit due to the rain coming in! toenails on the carpet, the bathtub water was dripping all night so loud we had to shut the door, there was hair in our shower, the hotel staff was less then helpful and the rooms smell like wet dog and smoke even though it’s supposed to be smoke free!! The breakfast wasn’t anything special and the floor was distgusting and our shoes stuck to it both days we were there! Tried getting a refund or partial refund and they won’t do it of course and wouldn’t move us rooms! Will not ever stay here again and will tell everyone about this bad experience here I have pictures and videos for proof!! We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far has been one of the worst!

The humidity in the room we stayed in was very high, making everything feel sticky and even making the carpeted floors and surfaces feel slightly wet (even up on the 5th floor). I assume this is due to the doors to the pool being pinned open.

While the staff was polite and the room accommodating and fairly clean, the area was not good. For travelers looking for a safe community for an overnight stay, we would not recommend this hotel. The parking lot was dark and unlit in many places, several people were loitering out there late at night doing drugs, and there was what appeared to be a prostitute in and out of the hotel. If you value your safety and security of your family, car, etc. this area of the city is not a good choice for your stay.

This is what I experienced...NO public computers, but I brought my laptop and in spite of hearing free wifi my computer needed a password to login into their wifi. It took the front desk person a bit to understand and wrote down a password that didn't work. I gave up on using my laptop. The afternoon staff rather play their on-site gambling video slot games machines (they have 4) than manning the front desk. The phone in my room did not work. The tile around the shower is worn and stained. Water pressure could use improvement.

Great room! Definitely recommend!

They accommodated us with a crib and were very understanding when my kids had to come along so the headcount wasnt according to the booking, love that i only had to pay $10 extra dollars each day instead of them trying to talk me into getting another room! Excellent breakfast, they work very hard to feed everyone. Very fun lounge area and pool.

Close to the highway. It was nice. No complaints.

The property was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. Expedia's use of virtual customer service is horrible.

We were there two night for a family funeral. Nice staff, nice room. Would recommend this moderately priced motel.

Note: for those bringing a pet, I would suggest being careful as I found broken glass and trash around the sidewalk. Overall pleased with my stay.

The lobby is clean, upgraded, and smells great, but unfortunately, that’s where the sense of “luxury” ends. The room we received was a king with a jacuzzi, but it looked like they slapped on some paint (poorly) and wallpaper and called it a day. The tile was discolored in the bathroom. It felt like you might get more dirty after using it. We brushed our teeth with bottled water and kept our shoes on when walking around in the room. The bed itself seemed clean, but the room as a whole didn’t match the quality shown in the hotel’s photos. Nothing about the experience justified the premium rate. If this room were priced around $80 per night, that would be a fair reflection of the actual quality. At $400, it was nowhere close to worth it. Unless the rooms receive significant updates and a higher standard of cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.. especially not at event‑inflated pricing.

I hate how they raised the nightly totals bc the CWS was in town, the first room I was in smelled like smoke so bad & it's a none smoking facility. My bathroom didn't even have a trash can and was filthy, the corners were filled with dirt and it looked like they tried to update the rooms but didn't clean up after it, paint spatters were in the blow dryer, corners filled with dirt or left over construction like it never got cleaned after, my bed had hair on it & the towels were stained. The window in the hallway was leaking water from the rain and into the air conditioner. The pool area was gross and looks like it needs a good scrub. The staff was nice and polite but the actual rooms esp the bathroom needs cleaned esp for over 300 dollars a night. Cleanliness & smell every room I went into smelled like smoke or stale like there was no air flow.

The bed was comfortable . And the staff were friendly. The floor sank down towards the wall. So when you sat in the desk chair it rolled to the wall or desk. There was a leak in the ceiling. So when it rained the ceiling, curtains and area around the window was soaked! The room overall was not very clean. I would never stay there again.
