Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

The room was clean, and well equipped, access /parking / were easy! Ice was only available on floors 3 & 5 Breakfast was Scrambled eggs and Bacon, along with some other amenities. overall, a good value and experience

Breakfast was ok, employee was talking on her cell phone entire time while attempting to put food on bar. Pool was small and very cold.

Not remotely dog friendly. Rude staff. The hallways smelled. Everything was musty or smelled. The TV had spotty reception.

Just another random hotel in my opinion. Nothing special. Abandoned hotel next door and homeless folks in the area and pretty sure a couple of them came in for breakfast.

I had been staying at the comfort inn and suites located on Grover st in Omaha and I wanted to extend my stay so I got online to do that. In a rush, I Accidentally booked at the wrong location which was your location and I was not allowed to have a refund to book at the correct location. I thought that was pretty low. It was an honest mistake. I’ll never go there again.

Air conditioner didn't work very well,had it sat as low as it would go,and it was still warm on the room.sunday morning before check a pitbull charged at me, luckily there was a chair close to me that I put between myself and the dog.

What I did not like. My first room smelled horrible and the jet tub was leaking. The floor was soaked. The next day they got me a new room and was better, but they gave me nothing for having to sleep in a room with the floor soaked and smell. Also the cracks had grime crammed in them. Did not feel very comfortable staying at this hotel.

It was a place to sleep... It was dirty, and nasty. The fire started beeping at 6 am and there was one to call.

It is older and rooms are very small as we had a 2 queen room. If you have a pet, then u get a room on the pet floor. It is $29.50 per night for a dog. Was ok for 1 night but would not stay there again.

Have bug control come in and bomb the place cause they have roaches. Seen one in my room on my second night, GOT IT ON VIDEO. I demanded a refund and said I was leaving, they said I had to email the manager. Will never book with another comfort inn.

Front desk staff on personal phone not helping customers. Actually told us to wait. Rooms smelled musty and bathrooms were not clean. Showerhead was horrible and broken. Dripping from roof onto windowsill all night metal clinking sound. Kept $100 deposit "for a few days after checkout" ???? Also charged $20 for early checkin and never responded to any messages left regarding early checkin shortly after booking. Also, breakfast was smaller.on Sunday..less choices and luke warm. Wouldn't recommend.
