Extremely disappointing stay – safety and cleanliness issues..My family vacation was ruined by this property, forcing me to cut my trip short. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful during check-in. The room itself was in unacceptable condition: the carpets were dirty, the chair was heavily stained, and there were boogers on the wall. Structurally, the Room entry door felt unsecure, the exterior door was broken, and the window was completely opaque with a strange White film.In the bathroom, I found black mold on the ceiling, severe calcium buildup on the shower head, a sinking tub, and a faulty light switch to where you couldnt brush your teeth or anything without multiple flips of the switch, And it would turn on whenever it wanted to... The poor air quality even caused me to wake up with eye irritation and a cough that subsided only after I left. The online photos of this Hotel are grossly misleading And do NOT represent the conditions i stayed in! I do not recommend People stay here!!

The bed was rock hard the front desk lady was very rude the bathtub had a dirty stain on the bottom of it the juice tasted like water will not stay here again

Staff very friendly. Easy check in. Very accommodating. The room was clean but the door and the frame didn't meet at the bottom. You could see the hallway. Breakfast wasn't much of anything. I won't stay here again.

The shower in the bathroom was very small, slippery, and hard to turn on and off. There were structural cracks in the bathroom and the bedroom area (room 106). There were almost no amenities available in the hotel. No elevator and not very ADA compliant.

it wasn’t too bad of a stay. they only have two levels but plenty of rooms. the breakfast is definitely scarce

It was an okay, looking place. The only good thing was the bed but I got a suite. There is no elevators so you will have to go up the stairs.

Breakfast was just above a vending machine. We had a light over the bathroom sink that was going out, sometimes it worked other times you had to flip the switch ten times. The staff member just kept flipping it and then said, see it works! Would not put a new bulb in. There was a two inch diameter hole in the curtain. We were on the first floor, so it gave a peep hole for individuals walking by.

Plumbing did not work in our room. There were holes in the walls. The room smelled strange.

The building is run down, very outdated and poor conditions. The front desk woman was very unfriendly when we arrived. We asked for a lower level room because we had a big cooler and they don't have a elevator. Also the drain was clogged in the bathroom and the next morning wasn't working at all. Front desk again wasn't helpful at all.

Check in was good. Friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms were nice and clean. Good location and not hard to find. A few restaurants near. We walked to Village Inn for dinner both nights. Was traveling with my in-laws and nephew. Overall good hotel. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, breads, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and a few other items.

The only issue I had was there were bugs in my room. Not like one or two but a considerable amount of dead bugs by the air conditioner
-
Older Hotel and needs to have someone to come in and look at everyday wear and tear fixes that customers see. But clean for a one-night stay.

Fantastic stay, clean room, kicking ac, good bang for your buck

The hotel was clean. Older property and does need a facelift inside and out. Overall it’s ok. What I didn’t think was up to par was the person working the counter when I checked in. No smile and body language did not communicate they were happy to help you. They did their job but absolutely nothing else.

The beds were comfortable and clean. There was mold on the bathroom wall. It was fine for a quick stay while traveling west.
