I never got my security deposit back and only stay one night, need a refund on the second Night Said it had pool, NOPE DIRTY AND GREEN. HALLWAYS , STAIRS DIRTY

We were caught completely unaware when they pounded on our door and demanded we come out. PLEASE REMOVE THIS MOTEL FROM YOUR SITE!!!!!!! I believe the premises have been seized by the government by now.

Nothing i was staying at this hotel and it got raided by the FBI for trafficking

The price was great. The location was not far from our final destination.. the hotel was not as advertised. There was no pool no hot tub the hallway smell like smoke and the room was dark and dirty. There were whisker hairs in the bathroom sink. The room smell like urine in the hallway smell like smoke. It may have been a great value, but it was gross. I didn’t like anything. There were construction materials in the parking lot. The pool was green, and the hotel was smelly, dank, and gross.

I appreciate the use of an elevator The bed was not comfortable, the AC was loud, the wall of mirrors in the room was weird to me.

Mold through out the tub! Flat pillows. Door latch broke

Nothing it's dirty. The room is dirty. Showerhead is not working towel. Has blood stains on it. Bedsheets are dirty and it smells

There wasn’t hanger to place the clothes and the bedroom had a bad smell

I liked absolutely nothing about this place This was the most disgusting place i've ever seen. Then the guy tried to convince me it wasn't dirty. In all fairness, I did not give them a chance to correct anything.I just left because I felt like there were bugs everywhere. I did not see any bugs. It just had a bug feeling, but I could see dirt and grease and stuff in the room, and the bed sheets had like a yellow tent.

Great hospitality staff is very nice, and professional rooms are clean. Breakfast is biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal plus waffles tasty. Eggs should be real instead of powdered. Staff should add peanut butter to menu. Other than that good Pool isn't ready it's been awhile since they've opened almost 2 half years advertising that swimming pool is apart of amenities. Needs hair dryers more pillows. Tubs should be cleaner for a new renovation . Can't eat breakfast in the room and be more comfortable. Just the same as buying my own food taking it in the room. Only been told once couldn't eat in room. Smoking rooms was great took that away. That's understandable some people don't take care of the room and burn items which is terrible for adults not treat the establishment/ room as If they were at home.

There was a mouse in the room was scared shitless called the office no answer left my reservation early.

EASY CHECK IN AND OUT! No A/c in the room and they wouldn't put us in a different room, said they would send someone up to check on it and no one ever came to check on it.

The place was terrible, the ACs were broken so the room was hot as a sauna, there was a mouse in one of the rooms, there was mold on the walls and in the air, the place look nothing like the review photos,the place stunk very badly from the smell of mold, and the elevator was very sketch

The hotel lost our reservation, check-in took about 45 minutes, and it was difficult to communicate with the receptionist. In addition, they tried to make copies of my ID and kept these copies out in the open on the front desk. After finally getting a room, we stepped into a rodent trap that had been left by the bed, the TV did not work, and the door to the adjoining room had been left open - giving the guests next door unrestricted access to our room.

The place was disgusting.Run down ..dirty... disrepair..mildew in bathroom..linens stained..3rd world accommodations. Air conditioning sounded like a freight train. No landscaping.. cigarette butts in hallways..I could go on and on...3 nights and never a bed made. Liked nothing..this place should be inspected by the city.

Breakfast was a total bust. Their website was misleading. The pictures were not accurate regarding what was offered. The rooms were not updated, they had to move us three times to find a room where the bathrooms where mold was not evident in the tubs. We would never stay there again and only stayed as we were there for the college world series and the other hotels were much more expensive or fully booked up. If we would have had another viable alternative, we would have not have stayed. The staff did try to help find a room that was acceptable. There was an odder in the whole place. My recommendation to Bookings is to not offer this hotel.

The rooms are in terrible condition. The drapes even fell off the window in the first room, stains all over the walls, bathroom appliances broken and items (toilet paper, shampoo etc) all laid on the floor. Manger followed me to my room and walked right in without notice. I did not stay, went elsewhere and requested a full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.
