I enjoy this hotel, it’s clean, quiet, with nice rooms and comfy beds. Stayed here multiple times.
-
Pool to small and shower not very hot
-
Nice place to stay. Easy check in

Everything was good.

The room was clean, the bedding and bed were comfortable. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 only because the surrounding area/location was very noisy and neither my daughter or I slept well. None of this was the hotel staff’s fault. We heard helicopters and motorcycles all night. But that isn’t the fault of the staff. Breakfast was also good.

I intended on checking in for one night. We had traveled for anEquestrian event and before we checked in, our horse fell ill and we had to return to our home. I called Expedia, with whom I booked the reservation, and asked if I could have acredit or a refund. I was willing to provide veterinary records. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. The Expedia representative was kind and helpful and kept checking in. They were placed on hold by the hotel. They were told by the front desk staff that there wasn’t a manager on site and they were trying to reach the manager. Then they told the Expedia representative to have me call back in 30 minutes again to see if they could locate a manager. I was not able to call back as I was dealing with an ill horse and other issues. I felt that that was a ridiculous statement. A manager is always available to answer these types of questions. The following day, I called Expedia and explained my situation. They again called the hotel and at this point we’re connected with a manager who refused to credit me or refund the hotel. I have been to this hotel multiple times over the last four years and I feel that we are frequent customers. The hotel is very convenient to our Equestrian event venue. I thought it was unreasonable for them not to at least extend a credit or a refund given my extenuating circumstance. I will never stay at that hotel again.

It’s quiet, clean and always has a great breakfast!
-
Not much I can say except wish there was more drink options in the small store.
-
Clean and smelled freshly cleaned
-
Staff was fine, typical holiday inn express in every other way. I appreciate the consistency, but nothing really stood out.

This was a very clean and nice hotel with large rooms. The area felt very safe as well. There was a little extra exterior noise with a sports bar across the street in an adjoining parking lot (bumping bass cars, loud motorcycles) but it all calmed down by 9:30ish. Overall, great spot

Beds were clean and comfortable. Room size was great. Breakfast was good. Sleeper sofa was not good. The mattress needs to be replaced as all you could feel were the springs.
-
Convenient location It was great
-
Large room, comfortable bed, quality linens, excellent breakfast (lots of choices, two meats, scrambled eggs and omelet, strong coffee). Nothing

This hotel was very nice. I’ve stayed in nearly 10 hotels in the past couple months and this was the best of them all. Clean, friendly, good breakfast, nice pool, upscale area. There are restaurants and coffee nearby, and it is not too far from the Omaha Zoo. If I had to complain, I’d say I missed having a hot tub.

It smelled in the lobby. The bed was not comfortable. The comforter was too small. Not impressed with the breakfast selection.
-
Wonderful staff and helpful to my family. I am traveling with an autistic child and it was great for her.

It was clean and a very spacious room!
