We come to Omaha every year, love this place!

My husband and I stayed for a week here. We are very happy with our room (430). It was very quiet. The hotel is going through a renovation, one floor at a time. The top floor, the forth, has been done, so everything is clean and new in the halls and rooms. Our room was extremely spacious with a kitchen, which is stocked with cookware and serving utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and flatware. Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, a two-burner stove, sink, and toaster. The living room has a regular-sized comfortable couch. The desk area (across from the couch) is huge. The bedroom area was large with nightstands on either side of the King-size bed. There was ample storage in the closet area and drawers. The large bathroom was spotless with great amenities. The hairdryer worked well. Lighting throughout the room was nice and bright and there are plenty of plugs . The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with both cold and hot options to choose from. The lobby and grounds were clean and bright. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

I always struggle when booking a hotel, because you never know what you're going to get, even after reading reviews. I was very happy with our stay! It has some outdated features, but they are renovating floor by floor and I'm sure it will look great, when finished! Everything was very clean. Our room was spacious and worked perfectly for us. My only complaint is the pillows—they go fully FLAT when you lie on them. Might as well not even have them. I was also awoken, constantly, by the AC turning on and off all night—but that's my fault... I should have set it to ON, not AUTO. The breakfast was phenomenal. There were the typical fixings, like a cereal bar, waffle maker, yogurt, muffins, and scrambled eggs... but also cold brew (and hot) coffee, oat milk, an excellent oatmeal bar, and delicious egg frittatas! It's amazing how just a couple additional perks in the breakfast bar elevate the whole experience. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but the area was very clean and it made me wish we'd have brought suits. The area felt very safe and secure. WILL stay again!

I stayed during a reno on the 4th floor so during the day I did hear all the noise related to construction. Not a deal breaker. Easy access with multiple route available. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Great hotel. The room was huge and included a full kitchen and living room. It would be great for an extended stay. The breakfast was good. Overall we had a comfortable experience.

Nice room. We had kind suite man floor. Only wish the breakfast lasted till 10 as it’s over at 9☹️

The first night the room was really noisey and very hard to sleep. We were moved to a different room and that room was very quiet.

Our room is due for refresh (scheduled for next month) as the wallpaper is peeling, carpet stained, and TV/cable box not programmed properly. Because of the hotel location, we are looking forward to future visits after the updates and hope the breakfast choices expand again.

This was a great stay with a smooth transition from check in and check out!!!
