There didn't seem to be a working fan in the bathroom.

It was very nice quiet hotel

A big pricey during the time we visited due to college World Series, but the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay and very convenient location.

Everything was wonderful. We were part of a wedding party. The only complaint was many of our keys did not work in and off through our stay. Kind of frustrating.

Convenience to the work I do monthly. Well kept areas. Clean areas. Every hotel I stay at I always stay for an amount of time and always have children placed right above me. I travel for work, love kids, however do not want to hear the Olympics going on above me, baby crying and parents with elephant feet. I want top floors and kids should always be first floor.

With friendly greetings by all rotations of schedules. They were nicely dressed. Our room was nicely laid out and appointed. Clean and fresh bedding. Bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. Bed was very comfortable and the grounds were quiet at night. Room was nicely laid out and cool while is very hot and humid outside.

Very clean and spacious room. Loved the pool and that there was a washer/dryer available for our long weekend. My only complaint is that it was a very hot weekend and the AC appeared to either be off or not working in the lobby and hallways. Our group booked the same place for the weekend and hanging out in the lobby was pretty miserable.

We checked in for two nights, and we stayed for only one night. The hotel was nice, and the room appeared to be clean when we arrived. The carpet in the room must not have been vacuumed because there was some sort of nuts/seeds on the floor. Also, the sheets on the bed had red stains that looked like blood which we did not notice until the next morning. There were children running up and down the hallway until midnight making noise. The hotel allowed us to check out a day early at no charge, and they discounted our room for the one night that we were there for the inconvenience. The joke was that we were charged a $75 non-refundable pet fee for our 20lb dog, and she did not make a mess, but the room was already dirty when we arrived.

Bar lacked all draft beer and was not stocked for majority of drink selections due to a wedding the previous weekend. The bartender expressed how she had ordered provisions and never received. We also had ants coming on to a table due to a loose panel by the beds, as well as a clogged sink in the bathroom.

I overall have always liked the Hilton Garden Inn. Clean with friendly staff.
