Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside

Everything was good except the faucet in the restroom, it’s broken - hard to turn on/off and needs to be fixed. Also, the curtains could be changed in the bathtub. They look old on the bottom and could be altered at least if not changed. It’s not something stressful but could be done better. Thank you!

I wasn't impressed by the number of cigarette butts laying on the ground near the entry walkway. Pool, hot tub & breakfast were awesome, my only issue was the bed was a bit hard for me, but not everything can be perfect. Staff were very hospitable! Well done.

Very handy location and the hotel was clean with good breakfast

Every employee at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. They are knowledgeable of the area, restaurants, things to do and see, etc. They greet you upon entry and make sure to see how you are doing and even your kiddos. Will definitely stay again when we return to the city. Oh, including the cleaning staff!

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jeff and Nichole at the front desk. The rooms were clean and the breakfast bar was good.

The heating/air conditioning in her room was very noisy. Every time it turned on, it would wake us up.

Very nice moderately priced hotel. Generously sized bedroom. Bathroom was clean and in good repair. Full hot breakfast with cold options. Would be nice to see some herb tea in the coffee area for a caffeine free option.
