Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside

We enjoyed staying here. Shoutout to the desk clerk who checked us in and stayed overnight and the next morning to help us and other guests checkout.

We had a great stay. The front desk staff and Brian the manager were terrific!

It was overall a really nice stay. The shower pressure was a little soft so it made it hard to feel clean and the pool at first was a little cold which made it hard to get in and stay in. But it was the perfect distance outside the city and to other things! The breakfast was one of the best free ones I’ve had in a very long time as well! If you are planning a trip to Omaha and plan to spend some time at the hotel but not all your time I would recommend it!

Very big rooms. Clean amenities and the complimentary breakfast was very good and until late hour- 10am which was much appreciated so we can sleep in after a long drive the day before. Would highly recommend it and would use it again if need be in the area.

Staff was outstanding as always. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. Shower head was terrible (volume and pressure). Tv remote is nearly impossible to sync (control) with cable and tv.

Rooms and facility were clean. Pool was great. Location is by hospitals which would be perfect if one had a loved one there. A bit far from the Zoo, etc, but not bad. Too bad restaurant next to it is closed.

Front desk manager, Jeff, was outstanding—friendly, engaging, super responsive, offered many suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Only negative was a fairly significant leak in our window during a thunderstorm which soaked through several towels. Jeff promptly sent Maintenance to check it. The leak was due to failing plaster above the window which could not be repaired during our stay. Luckily, there were no further storms. Breakfast was above average for Hampton properties.

Clean Quiet Great Staff

The Hot Tub worked wonderfully and had strong jets! It was a little hard to find

Room was clean, staff were great, and location was perfect! We went down for breakfast an hr before it ended and everything was already taken down minus fruit and yogurt. Otherwise great place and would stay again!

The guy at the front, didn’t get his name, was extremely helpful and friendly. He was in a wheelchair.
