Smooth check-in. Friendly staff. Had a room with a kitchenette. Room was clean over all but they need to check the dishes. The dishes in our kitchenette were dirty and had food debris on them (silverware, bowls etc). Otherwise we had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again when in Omaha.

The rooms were clean and nice. 2 days in a row at breakfast they didn’t have plates or silverware and when asked the lady was very rude about it and just said she didn’t have any and was going to get more. Then they didn’t have and juice one of the days and one of the sodas didn’t have syrup. Those were not refilled either. We also asked for suggestions on food or anything to do in town and guy up front only gave us 2 options to choose from for restaurants and nothing to do around town. Also there was no pamphlets for ideas in that town to do anything either. The pool was ok nothing special there. The free washing machines and dryers were nice. But over all we will probably never stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable and fairly priced. Parking can be tight as many people do not park straight or within the parking space but there isn’t much the property could do about that.

The room was great, clean facility. The AC was loud and the sofa bed not very comfortable, but nothing we couldn’t handle for a few days. Overall a great stay.

Unfortunately we had to ask for a room change due to the smell of our first room. Then the next room required us to take the lid off the toilet to flush it. When I let staff know they said it was too late to get a discounted rate, and asked me to just leave a review so that management would be more present on the weekends. Lastly our car got keyed during the night.
