Unacceptable and disgusting, I really think we should get a 100% refund. The hotel overall shouldn’t even be open while undergoing renovations.
-
The hotel was being renovated which was fine but we didn’t know that until we got there.

This was a great little no frills stopover on our trip out west. Good breakfast and easy all around.

The staff was fine. In our bathroom the floor was cracked the sink was cracked, we had to ask for a shower curtain. We had to ask them to replace our towels. The front door to get into the hotel didnt work very well and the lobby was full of construction materials.

They were under construction, updating paint and floors but had signs posted and no messes. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was decent, not bad.

Staff and management were outstanding. Location was safe and easy to get to. Property, however, was being remodeled. Halls were being prepped for wallpaper. Carpeting was torn up. Some fixtures were removed from our room. Despite this, the price was over $300. All happening during the College World Series?

We booked this room for the pullout couch and bed option. When couch was pulled out, there were no sheets and multiple stains on the mattress. Tried to call down to have some brought up; our phone did not work. The gal at the front desk Saturday evening June 20th was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I am not one to complain but she quickly addressed our issues and was very kind. Honestly, this hotel has so much potential once it is fully complete. There were (i felt) necessities hotels typically have, missing.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I hate leaving bad reviews unless I've been given no other options, but the hotel never addressed any of our concerns. We were beyond disgusted. This was one of the most expensive places we've ever stayed at, and in no way was it acceptable. It's looks like they started a remodel that they couldn't afford, then raised prices to accommodate their poor choices. It was a gross mess. We tried calling before we booked and no one answered the phone, and no one was there at checkout time: a clear indication that they do not care about guests. Every piece of furniture in our room was damaged, the carpet was shredded and badly stained, there were holes in several walls, carpet tacks sticking up to stab you in the foot, broken closet doors, and all seating everywhere was run down and saggy (our room was supposed to be a suite with a pull out couch and king bed, and the lobby seating was shabby and dirty too). Breakfast was about 7/10. For this price. We read reviews that all said how great it was, so we thought we were making the best choice. No way. We stayed at a hotel in Colorado that was $100 less per night and was fabulous, and the breakfast was amazing. Here they couldn't even keep the tables clean. It's frigging OMAHA not Chicago or NYC. We often use the stairs at hotels, and these were very dark and creepy. At check-in there was a sign to keep the curtains closed because construction would be working on the windows; in the 3 days we didn't see a single worker

The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on file. Do not recommend.

Staff was friendly. None of the workout equipment worked.

Will be back soon! Thank you

It was ok. Construction was happening so that played a part. Overall, no complaints
-
This property was under construction! We felt like we were in a 3rd world country! The walls were bare, the carpet in the room was very bad.
-
