Comfort Suites West Omaha

The hotel is mid-renovation. Our room had been partly renovated...bathroom looked new, but it was still in the process of being renovated in the actual room. Furniture and carpet was dated. The tv didn't have a remote in the room and we needed to ask the front desk. Esther was at the front desk when we checked in around 11:30 p.m. She was so sweet, helpful, and professional!!!! She is a true gem for this hotel!

Hotel is undergoing what looked like major remodeling, but it had no impact on us. Room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in the front desk worker was very friendly and helpful. Sorry- can’t remember her name.

Under renovation. We weren’t warned. Carpet in our room was haphazardly patched. Water in shower not quite hot. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

they didnt clean the room daily. never left toilet paper. the sheets and comforter was dirty when we checked in

The hotel was under construction and there was no warning of this when I booked the stay. Our room smelled.

WiFi wasn’t great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite but there wasn't a comfortable place to sit. The whole building was under construction and the web site didn't mention that. the room was in pretty rough shape.

Overall a good stay. Check in was unpleasant; though we paid in full with expedia the hotel had some internal problem with expedia and were treating us like we hadn’t paid. After 9.5 hours in the car, not getting a warm welcome was unpleasant. Outside a stain on the carpet floor and an elliptical machine that was broken, the hotel was clean and nice. Above average continental breakfast.

The entire building looked like it was abandoned. No signage in the building. The entire first floor was under construction. Can’t use the exits anywhere except the front entrance. No parking out front because it is roped off for the workers to do their work of painting in the building. There are no doors on the back of the building where we are all forced to park, in between construction trucks and dumpsters. Tried to use the laundry room and there were clothes in the washer that were done and the dryer that were done. Had been in there for a while. Only one washer and one dryer. $4 to wash. $4 to dry. I took the clothes out of the washer to wash my clothes. Then came back when the clothes were done. Placed my clothes in the dryer that was still sitting there with clothes in it from someone else. Took the clothes out and placed them on the counter. Placed my clothes in the dryer. Again. No one around for over an hour. Came back down when the dryer was scheduled to be done and my clothes were on the counter and the clothes that had been sitting down there were in the dryer. Went to the front desk. It was the clothes form construction workers who are staying on site and were not monitoring their clothes in the one washer for the whole facility. Got my money back from the front desk for my dryer. But under no circumstances, ever come here! It is horrible! Gym was closed as well! Nothing being done in the gym. Just working down the hall so it was blocked off

The bathtub/shower did not have a bathmat or a non-slip tub. Had to hold onto the bar to keep from falling in a wet tub. The stopper in sink did not have a handle on top, finally found one under the sink. When the last towel was pulled from holder, a pair of men's boxer shorts fell out, like it wasn't checked before putting in clean towels. There was a burn hole in the curtain lining, even though room was non smoking

Unacceptable and disgusting, I really think we should get a 100% refund. The hotel overall shouldn’t even be open while undergoing renovations.

The hotel was being renovated which was fine but we didn’t know that until we got there.

This was a great little no frills stopover on our trip out west. Good breakfast and easy all around.
